I'm gonna have to watch through some of the previous season 2 episodes to see if the musical motif from the finale (most emphasized when Tech sacrifices himself and when the Bad Batch flee Ord Mantel) shows up earlier. I think it'd be super cool if they slyly made that Tech's leitmotif throughout the entire season.

Crosshair had almost ALL the best episodes and when it was bad it was horrible filler. I'm just surprised the bad batch didn't have an episode where they were doing Sid's laundry or grocery shopping. In my opinion, this show is so disappointing. Why are all of the most important character decisions off-screen? Cody leaves the Empire, Echo leaves the group to go with Rex, and the Batch leaves Cid, all of these are off-screen and irritate me I hope they cut out all those unnecessary filler episodes next season.
That's what drove me to start following TBB after seeing the first episode. TCW showed us this weird team of super-efficient oddballs - fun side characters for sure but a whole show about them? Really..? Then 'Aftermath' hit and I was blown away, I'd never guessed one could go _that_ deep with _those_ guys.
@@khelatar I had the same reaction. Watched every week as soon as it released after episode 1. This show is like the best parts of Clone Wars and Rebels combined. It has the group dynamic focus Rebels had, while still giving us plenty of great stuff about the wider galaxy.
I could see a continuation focusing on some other characters, a Saw Gerrera show after Bad Batch and leading up to Andor, for example, could be exceptionally cool
I think it would be best if the show sticks with 3 seasons. Season 2 really felt like the classic act two downfall that you see in a lot of stories, so having the third season wrap it all up with a satisfying conclusing just feels right. Also, a lot of shows tend to drop off in quality if they go on for more than 3 or 4 seasons. As much as I like the show, I don't want it to get dragged out. I'd rather have 3 good seasons with a satisfying arc than 5 seasons that just feel like they were trying to fill up extra space.
@@metroidnerd9001 I understand where you’re coming from but I think five seasons max is a reasonable length for most shows. I was almost certain Star Wars rebels would reach a fifth season as ezra could’ve wrestled with the darkside for a bit longer in my opinion.

Great season, loved it. Not every episode like you said, but I never thought any were 'filler" like so many wanna say now. Techs sacrifice was powerful, moving and unexpected. I do however think that Kanans sacrifice in Rebels was more impactful, not sure how I wanna phrase that, but maybe it's because we had another season or 2 of him before his death...also the whole having a kid with Hera too
I love how the series used its themes and ideas and how they where placed though out show, real credit on the writers on doing a great job. Also the ending wow talk about a double but punch to the feels.
If Saw had actually succeeded in killing Tarkin, it might have actually made things worse. His replacement might have been more amenable to Thrawn and his doctrines, which would have made the rebellion much more difficult.
Thank you to the Star Wars Explained team for making these videos. I am started to get confused with the time lines and story lines now since there is so much content. Thank you for this content. It's like Coles Notes for Star Wars. 😊
Part of me is still annoyed Cody was featured so heavily in the promos, was in one episode, didn’t have a finished arc, and left forever after not seeing him for 17 years.
@@StuartLugsden should've been later in the season then. Having him in one of the first couple episodes of the season to not bring him back at the end is stupid. If they want to set him up for season 3, it should've been closer to the end of the season

This show is insanely good and this is the show I had the most doubt in on announcement, glad to be proven wrong. The first half of the season was a mixed bag imo. The first 2 eps were decent, 3rd obviously brilliant, 4-6 were okay. But from ep7 to the end of the season, it was straight 🔥 I really really like this show. Its aesthetic is great, the writing is great for the most part, and the music is incredible too. In that earlier part of the season I was like hmm maybe I won't like this season as much as the first, which I really enjoyed. S1 is an 8/10 for me. But s2 is probably a 9/10. They really found the show's stride in the last 10eps of the season. I can't wait for season 3. I enjoyed s1 more than the mandalorian and I gotta say that has been solidified even further by season 2. Iirc I got really emotional in 5 of the episodes especially eps 8, 9, 12 and 16. I watched ep12 "The Outpost" with my dad before watching the mandalorian chapter 18 (s3e2) and after both of them my dad (who has seen all of the mandalorian but a handful of eps of the bad batch, probably like 4 maximum) said that it was quite interesting how the bad batch had better and more mature writing than the mandalorian, and I gotta say, he's not wrong. I do have some problems with the season of course. I really didn't engage much with eps4 and 5, as an avid podracing hater in TPM ep4 was always going to be an uphill battle for me. Maybe I'll like it more on rewatch, but I do appreciate its existence especially because we get to see Tech do more cool things. And ep5 was just a bit average, but its to setup the batch's relationship with Phee more and thats okay. It did have a cool action thing tho so not a total loss ig. My biggest thing though is that I wanted to see more of Crosshair. Like, obviously if we consider s1 as Hunter's season and s2 as Tech's. S3 is undoubtedly going to be Crosshair's (as the show tends to focus on the relationship between Omega and one of her Brothers, I don't think we'll get a Wrecker season because they just vibe so well already and just get each other... anyway) and I'm more okay in knowing/assuming that. But when Crosshair has arguably 2 of the best if not the best episodes in the season you obviously want to see him more than a handful of times. I was really annoyed that after ep3 it was 8 full episodes until we saw him again. I was also quite frustrated with Hunter this season, especially in regards to Crosshair in the finale, it just felt, off... but I can also understand where he's coming from in those different positions, I just feel like it maybe could've been handled clearer. I wish that they'd have more 2 part stories in season 2 as it worked really well in s1 and while thats somewhat the case, at least they put the 2 parters out together, huge W there. I do strongly believe that s3 would be best suited, at least based on the ideas I have. To be 8 2part stories or even just 8 double length episodes. Especially if they choose to end with s3, which is entirely possible. We don't need to see those extra side adventures anymore imo. Especially with how s2's plot threads leave off for s3. I don't want mandalorian style oh boy we gotta go here then there then everywhere to bog the season down. The character motivations and story structure in my head that I've got for s3 just don't allow for that. But hey, I'm not the one writing or paying for the show, Disney and Lucasfilm will do whatever they want. But yeah I love this show so much.
When Sid was all “you brought heat to my place”, I’m thinking bullshit, when did the empire crack down on your place ? You called them there. Just recouping 30 pieces of silver
Not to mention that this show has one of the best cliffhangers in Star Wars to date. Unlike ESB were the villains did get away with their evil plans and in the final scene we see our main characters/heroes together ( not Han ). S2 of TBB final ends with a plot twist and leaves the next season into so many directions

I've really enjoyed the show's main theme about how soldiers are accountable for their actions, orders or not, and that they have a moral obligation to defy orders they don't agree with _especially_ if it requires them to commit a war crime
I agree with your last assessment. The end of season 1, I could care less. Dont think I bothered watching any trailers for season 2, I just simply watched it as it aired. But boy oh boy have I loved 95% of this seasons offerings! End of season 2 has me eagerly awaiting season 3 🤤
"Nolan thinks he is so superior to Clones, seeing them as used equipment and not as people, but he doesn't understand that that's exactly how The Empire sees him too; not as a person with value, as a tool". To be fair, Nolan was kind of a tool. XD
I disagree that the imperial troops and their high command don't know that they expected to be given everything(their life too) for the empire , otherwise why they would be carrying that suicide device in their mouth , they know it , is just that some don't follow it because they betray the empire
I actually really liked the mining episode with omega and tech, since it had such great character moments, and less the jedi episode because it like and ordinary episode and I think that it should have been much more because of gungy. (Is that how his name is spelled?)
Not much people come to realize the storyline drive that this show can utilize if they don't miraculously give the plot twist of Tech being still alive. Although it's pretty sad filled to see a character who was actually starting to become very significant towards the Bad Batch in this season than in season 1, it leaves a challenge for the rest of the main characters in the future, thus making the storyline more interesting. I'm genuinely hoping that we see and get more Intel on the mystery that is Dr. Royce Hemlock.
Bad Batch continues to impress. Its somehow fit that perfect balance between Rebels (that was more focused on the tight nit family) and Clone Wars (That focused on the humanity of the clones and war). Cant wait for season 3. I hope we get a little tease from Celebration this year. On a side note: Out of all of Star Wars Animation this season had the most "yeah...this show isn't for young kids" moments out of all of them.
in the clone wars, we saw a clone get cut in half by a closing door ,jedi dying while being electrocuted in a torture chamber, living soldiers dying in the vacuum of space, fish people explode... not much in this season comes near that
I honestly thought this season was really good and just a big blast to watch. Even slower or less dramatic episodes were just fun moments to show the Batch interacting with the galaxy or growing as a team. But when it gets heavy, it gets very heavy. Especially the finale (was really hit hard by that, but I’ve gotten over it). Overall, pretty solid season, and I’m hoping the Bad Batch can finally get some “John Wick” style vengeance and go on their own revenge quest to save Omega and avenge Tech.
@@BurningFlamesofDivineDragon Yeah.... I mean, we're literally talking about a universe where someone lies to the main character about their father being dead ... and still gets seen as one of the good-guys
Season 2 was good and then became incredible. So much intrigue and tension. Euphoria highs and devastating lows. Bad Batch has already earned a place next to Clone Wars and Rebels for me. I’m sure we will get season 3, but I would love a S4 & S5 but then I’d want more. I’m willing to take what they give me and be glad I’m getting a superior product in all facets.
So i liked season 1 but it was different that what I expected with the episodic nature. The finale was good and i was looking forward to season 2 but not that much. Season 2 first few episodes were nice to watch but nothing to special but then we gey to the solitary clone, the clone conspiracy, truth and consequences and oh my god, the second half was so good. The second half of the bad bad batch gave us so many good episodes and showed us so much of what happened to the clones afterwards. And the outpost has to be one of my favourites. Any episode with crosshair this season was an absolute banger. Overall, season 2 was a major improvement over season 1 and i am excited for season 3. I do think echo is dead however, unlike what some people are saying. Yes this is star wars and people survive but i honestly don't believe echo survived that fall sadly but i was not expecting that finale. But ye season 2 has been some of my favourite star wars animated media
The intel, saw gerrera could have recovered from raven's peak on eriadu would have been invaluable to his movement and to other rebel factions and perhaps make building the eventual rebel alliance easier.
I think it speaks volumes about the quality of this season that Star Wars fans were just as excited every week to watch Bad Batch as they were to watch The Mandalorian
I know there were few “filler” episodes but there were some very solid moments, some of the best in Star Wars! And when comparing The Bad Batch season 2 to The Mandalorian season 3 Bad Batch wins hands down.
Hunter is my fav❤, mostly because of his flaws and mistakes. I'm hoping next season that Cid will try to make amends somehow, and help the Batch out of a bind.
I personally thought the first season was fine, but not much else. The second however blew me away pretty hard. The development, all the new characters, new planets and concepts had me really surprised throughout everything. Even the fan-service was handled way better, because they took it in, when it really fitted into the narrative, instead of just "cameo of the week"-episodes. The only issue I still have, is that the show should introduce more alien species, but I'm still recovering from the fact, to get a Nosaurian and a Dowutin in CW-animation. And a bit more different designs for the individuals on certain planets, because the same green Arcona or short-haired guy was getting tiring.
What I heard this month Karsten’s Spanish: 4/5 Karsten does a great effort in pronouncing hard spanish phonems, but shines in his mostly stellar traduction. For his spanish debut, he shows confidence and promise for future spanish videos. There are some mispronunciations and slightly erroneous translations but overall he executed his vision to the best of his abilities
Crosshair did order the deaths of Saw's refugees in the first season episodes. And Saw didnt know the Bad Batch was going to be at Tarkins compound. Saws strike was faulty but the loss of Tech is what should be expected in critical missions.
But did they have to hurt us so much with the season finale that I am still upset about how it played out? Maybe its how its supposed to be but still, we cant leave them there, can we? J.
Solitary Clone, Entombed, Metaphorsis, and the finale were my fav episodes this season. Faster was probably the only episode that I could of done without
For those who believe, or want to believe that Tech is still alive, and for those who think he is dead and should stay that way, this comment is for you, both of you. If a video is made regarding this specific topic I may repost this comment there as well, but for now I'll put it here. The fact of the matter is, it is completely possible in real life for a person to survive a fall from such a height. While I initially thought it was plausible for someone to survive a great fall, I didn't know exactly how before doing a little research. A calm yet quick-witted mind is certainly needed, which Tech has. It's been said already that if any of the Batch would have known how to survive the fall it would be Tech. Some have said that maybe Tech landed in water, but from such a height that is a very bad idea, because water is hard and could even render one unconscious upon impact. The best areas to aim for are swamps, snow, trees or rooftops, as they will slow and cushion the landing. Injuries would be sustained, both legs could even be broken if a more forgiving landing spot can't be found, but very high falls are survivable if one knows what to do. For those who believe Tech to still be alive, this comment is to tell you that it isn't all wishful thinking. For those who think Tech is dead and that he shouldn't come back, this comment is to tell you that there could be a plausible explanation that isn't too contrived. I offer no theories regarding what I think should absolutely be the way this story should go, I just hate seeing random people attacking each other over differing opinions, so I offer this comment as some neutral food for thought.
Frankly, my grievance with the Tech Is Alive crowd is not about whether it’s technically possible. It’s that if a sacrifice doesn’t stick, it loses value.
A. Morphous Tech still made a sacrifice, whether or not it cost him the ultimate price. Even if he is alive he is still separated from his family. If he is conscious he probably knows that his family most likely thinks he's dead, and so won't be looking for him. If Hemlock has him, who knows what sort of torture he may endure. I may have various ideas in my head, but this is not my story to tell, so I will not assert my opinion as superior to any other. At this point, after a week to process and think it over, I honestly think I would be satisfied with either option. I'm okay if he's alive, I'm okay if he's dead.
@@nathanielhulley I hope not as well, but I honestly have little to no faith in SW to create any compelling and creative writing anymore. Andor is the only thing keeping me going
I would agree about replacing everyone but Tarkin for the most part. Yes he would be replaced but he is really important. In Charles Soule’s vader comic palpatine told vader he could kill anyone in the empire he wanted except tarkin
The Empire wouldn't mourn Tarkin, but imperials like Tarkin's apprentice would avenge his death, which would wreack havock to the Rebels (and has, when he died in the Death Star). Not saying I support Saw in any way in that moment, but Tarkin is important to the Empire.
When I watched the very first episode of the bad batch I loved it I thought it was amazing and then I got annoyed coz the next few episodes after that slowed things down significantly,I still enjoyed season 1 and made it to the end,I understand more of what they were trying to do.
They really need at least a season 3, maybe 4 to do the story justice. I really enjoyed the darker storylines this season, and I'm really glad they didn't shy away from addressing it. I totally agree that we were all a bit disappointed in the Batch doing mindless lackey work for Syd.
I’m just tired of seeing stun rounds in almost every episode. Takes away the stakes and seriousness of how the Empire is a growing threat and is willing to kill without a second thought. Seriously, stop the stun rounds.
I dont think your giving tarkin enough credit. Yeah he would have been replaced but nobody else was like him. The death star probably would have been ready way earlier without him. He let the ersos escape just to piss off krennic
Great series, so pumped for the next season and now looking forward to rewatching both seasons before the 3rd. This season was like the Empire strikes back in being able to kidnap Omega.
Overall, this season had a couple of amazing eps (Crosshair's), a few great eps (premiere, mid-season, and finale), and the rest ranged from just ok to very meh. I think ur argument of "we're supposed to feel frustrated" is a bit reachy and sounds like ur in denial about the show having a fair amount of boring filler eps. There's much better ways of conveying this to the audience than putting them through boring eps which can damage the series
Solid found family season. Can't say I'm happy with the Tech death. Would rather it have been Echo if the skillsets being similar was the reason for it. The autistic crowd were probably hit even harder by the death than I am.
I really think this season is not good enough. Half of the episodes are just side quests, without any pace, plot and drama, all predictable stories that are slow paced. Just too boring to watch. However the other half is still very high quality.
I’ve just re-watching the season along with the slower episodes. I noticed the slower episodes all tie into character development of the Bad Batch especially development of Tech. Those episodes are needed to show emotional aspects of the characters even though the plot lines are more like short stories. Without those episodes, Tech’s death wouldn’t have been so gut wrenching. I personally don’t mind the slower pace as long as everything connects somewhat in the end which it did do that.
I'm just now getting around to rewatching the whole Season in succession than going week to week, so I don't know how much my opinions may change, but Season 2 is definitely more of a mixed bag to me. I never actively disliked any one episode, but Season 1 felt a lore more unified and structured. Season 2 has episodes that are good, but then when they end, you're kind of left feeling what the point of it all was. Season 1 still has a couple episodes that could fall into that category, but they are not as actively present as in Season 2. I also wish that there were more episodes with Crosshair, Echo, and Phee. Crosshair goes from being willing to do whatever the Empire asks to then having one really crappy mission that changes his mind. I would have really liked to see him go on another mission or two that tests his morals, where he ultimately justifies his actions and lies to himself to try and make these missions the Empire sends him on easier until he reaches his breaking point in The Outpost. Echo left the group to assist Rex in rescuing deserting Clones, and it would have been great to see a mission of his before Tipping Point. You could even have an episode that actually combines the stories of Echo and Crosshair. Like say that Crosshair is being sent to a world to stop insurgents, and the insurgents are actually Clones trying to leave, and Echo and Rex are running an extraction, and Crosshair can see through his scope that it is Echo, that it shakes him for a moment or that he has to shoot down Clones, and he has to gun down guys trying to run away, but can't bring himself to do it to Rex or Echo. We needed just a little bit more to have more satisfying payoffs later in the Season. As for Phee, she really was just kind of there until Pabu. I think a way to help with that is perhaps insert her on the mission to mine Ipsium. She can be trapped there, too, and maybe she can give Tech a bit of a talking to about how he spoke to Omega, and that would have pushed their relationship just that one step further. There's an indeterminant amount of time spent between Pabu and Tipping Point where things could have happened offscreen for how we see them act at the start of The Summit, but it would have been nicer had it been more present within the show earlier on. Heck, we don't even know how or why Phee is with the Bad Batch at the start of Pabu as Cid seemed to be their main connection, but they had ditched Cid well before then. I'm not saying that the episodes we got were not good, but there's a lot of potential I'm seeing with hindsight, which isn't fair, but when we're introducing a new character, or having arcs for pre-existing ones, more than just one previous appearance is needed for that development to take place. When you look back at Season 1, they technically have 18 episodes of story because Aftermath is three episodes long, so if we could have, I'd have liked an extra 2 episodes for Season 2 to perhaps address some of these issues, maybe even bump it up to 20 total episodes, which isn't even unfounded since Rebels went 16, 22, 22, 16 with it's episode counts per Season. With all that said, Season 2's highs were higher than Season 1. So unfortunately, that makes this Season feel a bit imbalanced, but when this show is good, it's not just really good, it's great, phenomenal even, and then when it's not good, that really is more relative to what it has done in the past, it's never actually bad. There are episodes of Clone Wars where I look back at them and say, "That is a bad episode," it's rare, but it happens, and I can't really say that about Bad Batch. It's more that an episode isn't what I expected or I don't quite get just yet, but it's never that I find what's happening in them objectionable, like if a character is acting out of place or what's happening just doesn't make any sense whatsoever with the preexisting lore. So Season 1 is still a stronger Season, but Season 2 is still no slouch, it just needs a bit more time from me to love it for what it is, and hopefully Season 3 can take the best aspects of both (the higher highs of Season 2 with the rock solid linking narratives between episodes of Season 1) and really give us some great Star Wars.
I do not understand the praise for this show. It has a couple great episodes but that's it. The rest are just so bland. The Batch are terribly boring characters and they're all just stereotypes I've seen a thousand times. I want to enjoy it bc it has so much potential, but compared to most of Clone Wars and Rebels, I just don't care about the characters at all. Tech's death wasn't heartbreaking to me at all. I don't care about him bc he's had very little actual development past admitting he doesn't show emotion the same as everyone else bc he's probably autistic. But he's such a generic autistic character. I'm sorry I'm ranting but this show just frustrated me each week, even when it was good bc I knew it would just go back to the Batch. To switch it up and give the show praise, the two Crosshair episodes are 10/10s. Like absolutely phenomenal. I wanted MORE like that. It didn't give me those generic vibes that every Bad Batch episode gave me. The score and cinematography in those episodes were so damn good and the tone in particular was what I was wanting. Maybe this show just isn't for me or something but I really feel like this show could've been a lot better and The Bad Batch needed better characterization past their generic traits.
The season really disappointed me. So many episodes were just the typical heist gone wrong. Major story moments were so few and far between that I’d forget about them. I was hoping this season would be the last.
@@Lr.Laecro.Lirus3445 I haven’t really thought of it that way, but I guess maybe it is? I don’t see how my opinion of it matters in the context of this show though. I’m glad you enjoyed it though if you did!
After the shitshow that was Kenobi, Star Wars has REALLY been on fire the last 7 months with the masterful and fresh Andor, the beautiful Tales of the Jedi, the extremely tense and emotional Bad Batch and the current new approach to Mando and the mandalorian culture. Lucasfilm under Disney can really do wonders if they actually try. Really hope we don't fall off again in the near future, Star Wars is 10/10 this season.
I disagree actually. I really loved the Kenobi-show, I can't understand, why anybody would call it like that, Andor was defenetly a nice-to-have kind of series with some genuinly good stuff, but I still had a weird dull feeling in my stomach during all that time. Only The Bad Batch revived my old flame for this franchise.
Not many people talking about the score. It was absolutely phenomenal especially in the 2 finale episodes
Yessss all season 🙌🏻🎶
To be fair, it was already good in Season 1.
Kiner fuckin kills it every time, honestly Disney should be hiring him for more than just the animated stuff
Not enough people recognize the incredible character writing we have in star wars now. From season 7 of CW to the end of TBB s2, the squad has evolved so much. Not to mention all the other stories like Mando who's characters have majorly evolved. And of course Andor with its deeply nuanced approach.
Ngl I thought you meant cw as like the show broadcast and I got so scared
@@khelatar I had the same reaction. Watched every week as soon as it released after episode 1. This show is like the best parts of Clone Wars and Rebels combined. It has the group dynamic focus Rebels had, while still giving us plenty of great stuff about the wider galaxy.
I’m gonna need a season 3, 4 and 5 of this show. It feels like a trilogy of the Star Wars animation department.
I think they’ll probably be able to wrap it up with only 3 seasons.
You're speaking out of my mind, sir!

Probably would’ve slowed down the Death Star’s progress at least

Part of me is still annoyed Cody was featured so heavily in the promos, was in one episode, didn’t have a finished arc, and left forever after not seeing him for 17 years.
Fr. Showed up in one episode. Left the Empire off screen, and was never seen or mentioned again. Terrible storytelling from this show

Loved every episode this season!
Nice to see someone who just get's Star Wars. You deserve a lot more views.
Kevin Kiner is the man! Seriously! The way he borrows from and builds on John Williams is sensational. A definite highlight of the season for me.
The Kiner’s outdid themselves with the music.
XD
This is very true Nolan was NOTHING but a tool.
LOL
My favorite episode was when Crosshair got redeemed in The Outpost.
I disagree that the imperial troops and their high command don't know that they expected to be given everything(their life too) for the empire , otherwise why they would be carrying that suicide device in their mouth , they know it , is just that some don't follow it because they betray the empire
I hope it all comes together in a satisfying third season and maybe finale
Thank you for this brilliant and insightful review! Glad to be a patron. My Star Wars experience ist definitely enhanced by watching your videos.
I actually really liked the mining episode with omega and tech, since it had such great character moments, and less the jedi episode because it like and ordinary episode and I think that it should have been much more because of gungy. (Is that how his name is spelled?)
Great season! Great show! Tremendous story telling with awesome animation
Really, I mostly had the impression it's for a younger audience.
in the clone wars, we saw a clone get cut in half by a closing door ,jedi dying while being electrocuted in a torture chamber, living soldiers dying in the vacuum of space, fish people explode... not much in this season comes near that
I honestly thought this season was really good and just a big blast to watch.
I think people are a bit too eager to trust what Hemlock said about Tech
There was no body only the goggles it's too clear that Tech isn't dead.
@@BurningFlamesofDivineDragon Yeah.... I mean, we're literally talking about a universe where someone lies to the main character about their father being dead ... and still gets seen as one of the good-guys
Tech is still alive and is being experimented on.
As Wrecker said in season 1- "Give me more!!!!!"
“I’m missing all the action” Wrecker
10/10 it gave me more Tarkin
He’s been my fav character since I was 5 and I want more of him
The music is not only by Kevin Kiner. Dean and Sean Kiner are heavily involved in this series!
I actually liked the side quest episodes more than the main plot ones I think especially the crosshair ones
What I heard this month
Karsten’s Spanish: 4/5
Karsten does a great effort in pronouncing hard spanish phonems, but shines in his mostly stellar traduction. For his spanish debut, he shows confidence and promise for future spanish videos. There are some mispronunciations and slightly erroneous translations but overall he executed his vision to the best of his abilities
Bad Batch Season 2 was one of the best seasons we got for an animated Star Wars show
Devotion, bravery, sacrifice
I did research of my own and came to the same conclusion, but I doubt I could have said it so well. Thanks.
MK Solomon Thank you, as someone with dreams of becoming a writer your comment made me smile.

I would agree about replacing everyone but Tarkin for the most part. Yes he would be replaced but he is really important. In Charles Soule’s vader comic palpatine told vader he could kill anyone in the empire he wanted except tarkin
Tech fell. By Star Wars logic, he'll be back.

Great review 👍🏼👍🏼
Crosshair gunning down his own imperial officer is about as hard as star was ever went.
I LOVED THIS SEASON, I LOVE THE BAD BATCH. BRILLIANT TELEVISION THAT MADE ME 'FEEL' MORE THAN MOST SHOWS
I think the rebellion would've been much more structured if Saw's sister was still alive. Someone to act as his conscience.
Along Seasons 6, 7, 8, 9, And 10
The Empire wouldn't mourn Tarkin, but imperials like Tarkin's apprentice would avenge his death, which would wreack havock to the Rebels (and has, when he died in the Death Star).
Would it be right to say that the Crosshair episodes "never missed their mark"?
I feel like the most heartbreaking death scene in animation was Kanan's.😢
They really need at least a season 3, maybe 4 to do the story justice. I really enjoyed the darker storylines this season, and I'm really glad they didn't shy away from addressing it. I totally agree that we were all a bit disappointed in the Batch doing mindless lackey work for Syd.
I think this season of Bad Batch is better than the third season of The Mandalorian
Great summary! 🙏🏼
I wonder what’s in store for Cody bc he’s not in rebels. IMO s2 is just as good as s1 can’t wait for s3!
Great series, so pumped for the next season and now looking forward to rewatching both seasons before the 3rd. This season was like the Empire strikes back in being able to kidnap Omega.
Season 3 cannot come soon enough
If we ever get a live action Crosshair it needs to be Jason Statham
Just knew Syd was going to blow thrm in to the Empire..did still piss me off tho
How would season 2 affect your ranking of Star Wars Movies/TV shows - couple places up/down or staying in place?
This series is on its way to being at the same level as clone wars.
Perhaps Sid can redeem herself in season 3 by helping the group find and get Omega back.
If you find these episodes boring, you probably just have a very short attention-span.
Sorry but nobody cares about your stupid rant and excuses.
Tell that to someone who actually cares.
The season really disappointed me. So many episodes were just the typical heist gone wrong. Major story moments were so few and far between that I’d forget about them. I was hoping this season would be the last.
Let me guess, you probably think Andor is the best Star Wars since Empire.
@@Lr.Laecro.Lirus3445 I haven’t really thought of it that way, but I guess maybe it is? I don’t see how my opinion of it matters in the context of this show though. I’m glad you enjoyed it though if you did!
@@inline885 Okay mate, so at least you're not in this kind of gang, because they really tend to exeggrate a lot. Just wanted to be sure.
Wait, u want MORE filler episodes with Phee?! And u loved the Pabu ep? I want what ur smoking Alex 😂
They better do season 3, so Tech didn't die for nothing
Season 1 was better. Too many filler episodes in season 2 just to get one amazing episode which was rarely.
“Rarely” 😂 episode 3,7,8,11,12,14 15 and 16 are guess considered “Rarely” 🤡
16 episodes of Bad Batch and only six episodes of Obi-wan? What gives 😂
Saw being irrational sucks, but at least it fits his character
Two solid seasons for a show I was disinterested in at first. The Batch evolved from played out generalizations to deep characters.
0:00-9:00❤😂😊😊!
Wish they'd make a show about the Old Republic instead of this.
Far too much filler for my liking unfortunately but I still enjoyed it tho
Hi
Sid was 1 of the negative things of this season.
For me that was just average, it felt like something that I could play in the background. Nothing really drew me in.
