This build is already playing with my emotions! I LOVE those colors... that red is delicious. But the sheer amount of powder-coating almost makes the bike look "plastic". Not to mention the sanding that had to be done! Great video showing the consequences of TOO much color.
Long time no see brother. Shit it’s been so long I got a job at an auto shop and then they laid me off because of two co owners. The one that hired me wanted me to be an janitor and the other was training me to be an technician. Yeah their management sucked so bad that I got fired from them not planning it out. Anyway looking forward towards your videos bro.
April Arenivar no normally you buy a full bike from dealer or craigslist then buy parts to put on it. We don’t do work as a shop nor do we sell bikes at the shop so this is just us on the side having fun.
Un consejo que rin tracero le puedo poner a mi motoneta scooter la Estoi modificando y es lo único que me falta alguien que me pueda alludar xfas ... Gracias
It would have saved him some time but not all the parts were aluminum some were steel. I’m glad the bike is back with the owner and he took it all apart and powdered it all again and has not gone back together since
There are other channels you can watch if you want practice then. This is how mine is. You should check a more recent video as that was one of my first ones. Thank you
I would have to agree. It looks like your buddy was doing all the work and even then it took forever for anything to get started to mount. Like nothing was prefitted or laid out in an order to make the rebuild easier.

Tyler Pruitt thank you man. Yeah looks good but comes at a cost when you try too much.
Can't wait to see it finished. This is going to be a beautiful bike.
When I paint bolts I take some balsa wood and jam it into the hex head hole. That way when you paint the bolt the hex hole stays clean.
Great idea since that’s very soft wood.
This video made me explode in my underwear bro. Good stuff
Another great video. Beautiful attention to detail
Ruck Style UK I have you in the video for day two
My simple advice is to ream out the bolt holes prior to powder coat to compensate for the added thickness.
Alan D1 mine is avoid it like the plague and it’s one less issue. Haha
Or just tape it off! DUH
I would have ground down the hex tool to fit rather than try and clean every one
I’d never powder bolts and go right with anodized bolts from probolt if it was up to me.

So when purchase a bike, is this how is shipped out if I want to build it myself?

So the front frame of a ruckus is used to do a custom biuld? In other words no matter what I needs a stock ruck?
April Arenivar yes you will need a stock ruck frame no matter what both front and rear
unless youre going for the frankenstein build. I've seen some cool ruckus/met scooters on the tube.
What did the guy Think was going to happen when you powder coat everything? Lol
He thought it would all be good to go. Boy was he in for a surprise.
couldnt you have just used a smaller allen wrench and put a cloth in there to full the space
Yeah we tried and it broke the powder free. Trust me we tried many different options.
@@burnoutbobby either way yall did a awesome job with what yall had
Thanks. It was a pain but still looked good. The guy we built it for already stripped the whole bike down to re powder it again lol
WoW all that work just to tear it back downnnnn nooooo beuno
Yeah no bueno is right.
Im a powder coater and any holes or threaded holes and machined surface must be covered before coating
I 100000000% agree. I usually tape off the areas I want no powder applied when I send my parts out. I wish this guy did the same.
@@burnoutbobby wish i was in the USA ill do a great job for you guys i am a automotive spray painter by trad but ill give anything a go
Ninko Vujic where you from?
Plz bro tell me where u get thos wheels .. great job by the way
The ruck shop has them.
@@burnoutbobby
Im not from the USA bro 😢
Can I find them in eBay ?!
cool

That's why they make smaller bits
James Rast still isn’t worth the time man. Unless you want to be spending hours on bolts. I know I don’t lol.
what size rims are on this bike front/rear??
12x4 and 12x8
Franky Ruiz 🇵🇷 Saludos
You used to write down screws and it'll work
James Rast what?
I want to buy such a bike where it can be sold
eBay or Facebook marketplace
The us version is called a ruckus and the euro and other countries is called a zoomer
Rather then painting the parts maybe should have looked into anodizing.
It would have saved him some time but not all the parts were aluminum some were steel. I’m glad the bike is back with the owner and he took it all apart and powdered it all again and has not gone back together since
Hi! love your work! I live in Hong Kong. was wondering if I can commission you to build one for me and ship it over? Thanks!! :D
I’ve never done one internationally before
@@burnoutbobby this is your calling!
Is that a r53
yes sir i have more of it in different videos, summer vibes video shows it in the begining
Burnout Bobby that's awesome I drive a r53 also. I came here from zoshs TH-cam channel
victor primm in a couple weeks I will be putting a cage, seats, and steering wheel in the r53
Burnout Bobby I would love to do the same to my.
Burnout Bobby I just followed you on Instagram
Shoutout to Felix from South Korea. LOL
Will Brooks shouting out the wrong person hahahah
I got love for Burnout Bobby too!
Will Brooks ok ok I’ll allow it hahaha
Well you did say you were gonna watch so I guess...
Fyi just get anodized bolts
Darrrell Dayton you cant anodize stainless steel bolts bud. Only aluminum.
At different wattage titanium can turn an array of colors
Darrrell Dayton again the bolts are stainless steel I’m well aware of titanium and aluminum bolts as my bike has both and both are gold.
You are from puerto rico look the music
Gadiel Soto my fiancé is from Puerto Rico. I just love the culture. Great people, food, and music.
yo quiero modificar mi scooter a si 😞😞😞
Is it a ruckus?
more talkative than practice
There are other channels you can watch if you want practice then. This is how mine is. You should check a more recent video as that was one of my first ones. Thank you
@@burnoutbobby I'm sorry I'm just curious to make it like that. so I'm more interested in seeing the practical video of the installation. thanks
It’s all good I would watch one of my newer videos then. This build isn’t a good one.
You literally did nothing
Out of all the views and comments I’m glad you are the first person to feel that way.
I would have to agree. It looks like your buddy was doing all the work and even then it took forever for anything to get started to mount. Like nothing was prefitted or laid out in an order to make the rebuild easier.
It all was but nothing fit. I’m off screen sanding parts getting powder off. Thanks for your insight.
