Funny enough I got code p0151 as well about a week later. Which is bank 2 sensor 1. Basically driver side sensor one. Replaced it and all is well. Glad to have helped! Enjoy.
Great video! I just ran into this problem with my 14 with a 5 star tune SPD downpipes, and a bunch of other mods. My problem is as soon as I clear the code the truck goes into limp mode with service advancetrac warning.
Great video. I'm about to replace both front sensors on my 2013 5.0L as I've read in a lot of forums and other videos that it's a good idea to replace O2 sensors in pairs. Your comment about needing to replace the bank 2 sensor a week later confirms that! Was the bank 2 side a lot more difficult to get at?
Yes, do both. Odds are the other one is right behind the one you just replaced. They were both fairly easy to get to. Driver side was a bit more tucked away since the plug is in the engine bay. But fairly simple job
At 7:45 in the video you left out a critical part of separating the connection. My guess is you had a bugger of a time doing that so edited it out. It would have been extremely helpful imo.
Yes, push the tab in and pull the plug out. It has to be depressed so it releases from the tab. Can use another screw driver or pick tool to shimmy the plug off the connector.
The biggest problem I guy will have is separating the sensor from the harness, after an hour, I have not been able to separate the connection, 2015 3.5T
Spot on. Just changed out bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor, code P0131. No more check engine light. Awesome video bro.

Good looking truck man. Thanks for the content.
Thank you! She’s been an awesome truck and a great daily.
Apparently this is the best I can find for my 2011 Expedition. Wish my luck 🤞🏽
Very good video. Thanks

Did the check engine light go off on its own or did you reset it?
Have to reset it. Used the raxiom gauge to clear it.
This is a sign to get some downpipes and o2 anti foulers 😉
Haha it did cross my mind when I was down there. Must. Resist.
So can I do downpipes if I have a bad 02sens

Is bank 1 under the driver side and bank 2 under the passenger side?
Opposite. Bank 1 is passenger. Bank 2 is driver.

Your still running the idoing head unit? If so how’s it so far
I went back to the sync 3 unit. I preferred the simplicity of it.

Not a critical part. I replied to your other comment. Use a small flat head or pick tool to depress the clip and it pops right out.
So to separate them u push that tab in, is that right

Will this sensor fit a 2019 2.7? I can’t seem to find the motorcraft sensor that states it will fit
It should as I believe they used the same sensors across the generation.
