    1. Answering the " Tell me about yourself?" Question. Give a professional summary of who you are.👩🏽‍💼🧑🏽‍💼
Example: "I am a human resource professional with 4 years of experience. My background is primarily in education, and industrial and commercial construction. I specialize in onboarding, offboarding, compliance tracking, and benefit management....."
    2. 'LinkedIn Stalking'🤫👩🏽‍💻Checking to see if the manager you are reporting to is qualified to perform their role as a leader within the department. You can make yourself 'private ' so that you don't pop up for searching their accounts.
    3. Double Checking and actually understanding what the company you're applying for does or what they specialize in. 🤔
    4. 💵Write down your expectation in pay for exempt and non- exempt positions. SOUND CONFIDENT IN THIS!!!!!
Exempt: Salary not eligible for OT pay
    Non-Exempt: Hourly with OT eligibility.
