  • Hello Lovelies,
Welcome back to another video. I am very excited to share with you all, how my time is going in my new role. So far I have very much enjoyed working for this company. I love all the challenges I am facing to really test myself and my skillset. I believe that I can do great things here and am more than excited to see where the next few years take me.
Thank you for watching as always! I will see you in the next video.

Love the openness and transparency! Also enjoyed hearing about you structure your weeks I would definitely love to see how you structure your days whenever you aren’t recruiting/ how you stay organized. As a recruiting coordinator I know there are a lot of moving parts so always interested to see how others stay organized.

I just came across your page and I’m hooked! I was in TA for 3 years and I was burnt out dealing with hiring managers and exhausted from talking all day.I am looking to move into HR , I believe I will enjoy it more.

Girl my job now already knows I'm looking for that next HR role so we are working on some succession planning to move me! These managers will wear you OUT! I have so many boundaries in place currently because it has been a mess. Also I just can't stand honestly being on the phone all day! It's great money but there's certainly give and take.

Thank you so much! I've been taking speech classes! I present a lot more for work, and I just try to work on my lisp. I have a slight one that comes out here and there. Hopefully I just get better! Trying to slow down more!!!

@@alexandria9870 I don't blame you. People get easily offended and snitch on you behind your back. It's worse when you are a LGBT male like me. Every man thinks you want them when in reality, that man is probably not my type.😂 im am very careful with my relationships with male co-workers.They are the most insecure people i have ever worked with😂
