I need help, you seem so kind, perhaps you could. I have had anxiety that is constant for my entire life, nobody has been able to help and ive been to mayo about it. Its like an idling car engine. Anxiety attacks happen so frequently i dont notice. I chemically had to relieve myself 17 years ago, and that is the last time i have relaxed or was anxiety free (it was needed) i only remember a few times ever not having anxiety...well, as much as usual, anyways. It has gotten progressively worse as i got older. Im afraid now because im the strongest person i know and have nobody to talk to worth talking to. Also im afraid for the future because i so obviously cant handle it anymore, well, i could but my mind is like breaking, thats what it feels like and that breaks my heart.

I wish I could wave a wand and help you. We both know I can't do that. I do have sessions specifically for anxiety and perhaps coupled with repetition there could be some relief for you. I will try to tag you in the anxiety session and I hope it is serving.
