Omg Emma! I have the same exact thing. In the morning I feel so much better and when I am driving it’s like it’s not there! So interesting. Maybe I should take long road trips every now and then to keep up that feeling!

Emma, Thank you so much for providing these resources. I have been experiencing PPPD/chronic vestibular migraine for 11 months now and have had a very challenging road of different doctors/etc.. Are you available to connect in some way? A video visit or phone conversation? I have been making some progress but would love to connect with you. - Scotty

Did you get any eye problems with this aswell? I have been diagnosed with pppd and my eyes have not been right since.

Yes I did. Eye floaters, light sensitivity etc. Quite often it's because we strain our eyes so much because of the dizziness, so you're over compensating. Get your eyes checked though if you haven't already, just incase 👍🏻

Hi Heena, sorry to hear all of this. Just know it will get easier. It sounds like you need lots of rest and maybe some gentle relaxation exercises. Learn to trust your body and know that your brain is trying to correct the dizzy signals, so give yourself some space to do this. Stillness exercises are helpful, sitting and allowing whatever you're feeling, without judgement. Just take it one day at a time 🙏🏼
