This means that while Galadriel's triggered ability triggers 3 times, all 3 triggers will wait to go on the stack and resolve after the next time state-based effects are checked. When each scry happens, Galadriel triggers for each. Then, each triggered ability of Galadriel resolves 3 times in a row, once for each instance of scry of the Cryptic Annelid. I may be wrong but Shea making her nazgul the ring bearer makes it legendary so playing the second one should trigger the legend rule and one immediately dies.
You are, the legend rule only applies when you control multiple legendary permanents with the same name. If one is legendary and one is not nothing happens (Irenicus's Vile Duplication wouldn't work otherwise)
