I came in late yesterday to this live stream. I am sorry I missed the opening music. Just turns me on to no end. I miss the 60's, the exotic foreign films as these, the look, fashion, the beautiful women, handsome men -- this is a genuine great film even though I no speakie Italiano. Lol!
I think it is silly with all those significant looks, sexism of men brimming with confidence and women dolled up, cool cars and fashion of the day. James Bondian all around. Good material for a study of the time - we see what was desirable when the West was sure of itself and unchallenged by the crises we have come to live with today.

I think she only acted at the urging of her rich film-industry friends, but she did well enough for this film. It's very much of its type, but contains a few surprises and is worth a watch. Furstenberg and Kinski good to watch anyway.

So I guess it's using real-time AI translation and somehow needs a bit of time to build enough context to translate ambiguous pronouns. Or maybe I'm just going mad...
