- What's the latest news from MAFEX regarding their early 2024 releases? I spoke with them today (January 2, 2024) to get an idea of what is in the pipeline (delays, restocks, reissues, releases).

I think I'm more hyped about mafex potential reissues than some of their newer releases. Wish they'd get around to reissue more x-men. Id love for them to start making more headway into completing the blue and gold teams

The Blue Batman Hush should be available from the Project 1/6 store (official Medicom Store) on Amazon JP. They are available to buy both there and in their physical Project 1/6 store in Shibuya. I’m not sure if other retailers will have it. Depends on whether they order them I guess.

I held off on the Figuarts because I’m waiting on theirs.
Except a preorder year this year im betting on it cause those unpainted prototypes usually go up a year after theyre shown (( for example nightwing , knightfall bane / batman, and captain america )) so a 2025 or later relwase date for him is my prediction
Yeah we usually see the summer prototypes go up 9 months or later after being exhibited. Still waiting on those Boys prototypes from 2022 though….

I asked specifically about Wolverine and the employee didn’t know which means we are still a few months out it seems before one would be reissued.

Doubtful. I wasn’t really sure whether the employee meant restock or 2nd wave. Maybe just miscommunication on his part.

It’s available today in Project 1/6, the official Medicom store in Tokyo. Whether other retailers put it up, I’m not sure. This is still a holiday period in Japan. Most businesses will reopen on January 4th. Might want to check back in then if Project 1/6 doesn’t put it back up on Amazon

Gotcha. I posted in Reddit last month about the Black Batman Hush and Jean Grey releasing the day before it happened. Got a lot of negative comments from people before it was announced. I regularly go to the Medicom shops here in Tokyo and ask the employees questions. They’re really nice and helpful. Whatever they tell me I share on my channel and on Facebook. I’m sure the schedule that I have today for February and March will be amended towards the end of the month. Will post whatever info I get about it then.

I specifically asked about Wolverine and the employee didn’t know. He was looking into their system at the time which means nothing is in the pipeline right now that anyone other than top management would have access to.
