These are just what Europeans get out the gate meanwhile us Americans are like “I wonder if I can make this old beat up painters van work for a family”
I love the touch-screen's demand that you look and read for every act, rather than keeping the driver's eyes on the road. Wow - that's so safe, right?!!
I don't agree with best layout of all buscampers! :) Best layout is very personal. It's not my choice but I think that it will stay to be the most sold Ford camper.
Why is a vehicle like this so impossible to get in the US?? The Transit is way too big as a daily driver and the Connect is too small for more than one person.
Yes i think the mid sized Transit would sell well in the US but Ford probably can't sell it or they would. Is that Chicken tax for vans snd campervans still a thing these days?
Esperemos que la saquen en un futuro no muy lejano. De todos modos me gustaba más la anterior, en esta parece que el espacio en la cocina es mucho más reducido. Es literalmente una Volskwagen con el interior diseñado por Westfalia
It's a lovely thing with some great features but I'm bemused by the apparent lack of storage space for bedding and equipment such as paddleboards, etc. A VW camper with a RIB bed manages to incorporate a sizeable boot.
Very nice! The solar panels are "nice" too, but I prefer my foldable panels, which can be sometimes 220 Wp, sometimes 400 Wp. Or two-times this power. Other question: Where is the place for my Powerstation (3,6 kWh) with two extra-batteries?
Our market here is so lame. SUVs of 1,000 varieties, no small trucks, no station wagons, and no Nugget or VW California. There is an underground market here for sure where we either have to build our own campers or buy one through a secondary company that builds them professionally. I for one would consider buying this Ford if it were available.
Exactly, the US has best national parks in the world and this type of van is what we need for an adventure instead of hauling around an oversized and expensive RV
schönes Auto! sieht gut verarbeitet aus. Bei der Tankklappe bin sehr skeptisch, die wird im täglichen Einsatz bei einem Handwerker nicht lange halten!!!
£12k and you've got a deal haha !! I bet these sell for £50k+ ...not looked up the price but probably out of reach for most people. EDIT: just looked up price in the UK for 2022, a smidge under £80k !!!!
Sadly that's pretty much the going rate for new campers of this spec. We bought our last one in 2002 and it was £4500 for a 3-yr old van and about £1000 for a (fairly basic) self-conversion. Now we kind of need to buy a new one as it's knackered (and the Euro II engine is slowly being banned from more and more places), but the prices are somewhat boggling.
I wish Subaru built a similar van on an Assent platform. 9" ground clearance & their symmetrical awd, It would dominate the US market. Why they never co-developed a van on that platform has got to be one of the biggest blunders of modern automotive decision making. This van is nice but low ground clearance doesn't cut it for those looking for an adventure van. If Sub ever makes one I'll be first in line to order.
The kitchen is a downgrade. There were two cuoboards for your pots and pans and food in the old nuggets and they hold so much - the thin slot and the larger one underneath. Whilst I like the pull out fridge losing tow cupboards is not good!
Why do all these companies avoid bringing any of these cool vehicles to the us market American fn company and I’ve never heard of this. VW California also doesn’t come here Hyundai has one of these also none come here.
it's so unfortunate that the market in the states is so lame. SUVS of every variety but no wagons, no camper vans, even with American brands like Ford. I like the layout of this Ford over the VW California.
I will also add that the cockpit of this new model is completely soulless. Dual screen, one bigger than the other and sticking out like a stump. The tendency to get rid of clocks and touch buttons does not convince me.
Who on earth is going to be able to afford this though? And those who can afford it probably work so many hours that they won't have the time to use it, lol.
No solar power / combustion engine / it’s 2023 not 1967 - poor ol environment / we need to stop building these vehicles and save something of our planet for the future generations 👍
Would be interesting to see this in the US market.
Some reason we never get these cool euro vans here.
These are just what Europeans get out the gate meanwhile us Americans are like “I wonder if I can make this old beat up painters van work for a family”
Qa4😮😊😊😊😅q😊
Please why does the USA not offer these?????
Yeah, American company screwing us Americans.
The video was very informative, and the two actors were very likable and enthusiastic. A very nice camper !
I love the touch-screen's demand that you look and read for every act, rather than keeping the driver's eyes on the road. Wow - that's so safe, right?!!
Plenty safe unless your one the easily distracted uncoordinated bunch🤷🏾♂️
Love the nugget and the new one is amazing. All wheel drive will be a must have 👍👍👍
All Wheel Drive Nugget! (aka The Golden Nugget) ooooo.... 😮🎉
There will be 4wd Transit/Tourneo Custom but when is not public.
Why why why can't this come to the US?
Looks impressive and I like the updates. One question......is there space to store a portable loo in the new Nugget?
Hope the new Electric Transit Custom gets a Nugget version too.
They have the best layout of all bus camper.
Can’t wait to see this
I'm afraid that will take a little longer.
@@kwb62hh think so too. The launch of the std Van should be this fall.
I don't agree with best layout of all buscampers! :) Best layout is very personal. It's not my choice but I think that it will stay to be the most sold Ford camper.
@@survivaltrotter-com true that.
Never even knew about these; pretty neat... right until I looked up how much they cost. Ooof!
I hope they make it a plug in hybrid AWD and bring it to the USA as well. Also a cargo work van option with the PHEV & AWD would be a huge seller!
Bring it to America
Why is a vehicle like this so impossible to get in the US?? The Transit is way too big as a daily driver and the Connect is too small for more than one person.
Yes i think the mid sized Transit would sell well in the US but Ford probably can't sell it or they would.
Is that Chicken tax for vans snd campervans still a thing these days?
Have you seen the price on these things?
exactly why im looking at the 118 Dodge 1500 Promaster. Looks to be a good fit between the connect and transit. still poor MPG though
What about a Nugget Plus version? (Longer one with WC and internal shower)
Esperemos que la saquen en un futuro no muy lejano.
De todos modos me gustaba más la anterior, en esta parece que el espacio en la cocina es mucho más reducido.
Es literalmente una Volskwagen con el interior diseñado por Westfalia
That wouldn’t be a nugget anymore that would be a tender
Are you ready to spend about 100.000 euros on it?
Please bring to US
And with high roof version
Great work
Thank you
tell this to ford otosan
Everything is freakin’ cool! Especially standard hot water and the hotspot are cool! ;-)
😂
Why doesn’t Ford offer this in the USA?
Actually, why doesn’t Toyota offer one? I still need reliability.
I need this. Please bring to US.
It's a lovely thing with some great features but I'm bemused by the apparent lack of storage space for bedding and equipment such as paddleboards, etc. A VW camper with a RIB bed manages to incorporate a sizeable boot.
Yes where are the clothes and coats, shoes going to go
US please 🙏
Hang on a minute. We’re is your clothing storage? We’re do you put your cable? We’re does windscreen cover go?
Also we’re do you store your bedding? Looks pretty but is it actually functional.
Is this the shorter L1 Version? Is L2 with toilet also available?
Update: 2025 Version L2 will be available.
Everything is cool, but I can't see luggage spaces...
also under bench. Did you do more research? There is storage in different places
No double sliding doors?
I would like to see this model in a version with double sliding doors and a long version with a toilet.
4-wheel drive is a must have! 😊
Very nice! The solar panels are "nice" too, but I prefer my foldable panels, which can be sometimes 220 Wp, sometimes 400 Wp. Or two-times this power.
Other question: Where is the place for my Powerstation (3,6 kWh) with two extra-batteries?
This layout looks fantastic. Great design.
Is it available to buy now? If not when/where can be ordered?
Does it go with PLUS version?
Would be nice to have this in the Philippine market...😊😊😊
Insane they don't think the US is a viable launch market. Demand for vans, especially campers, is wild here.
Our market here is so lame. SUVs of 1,000 varieties, no small trucks, no station wagons, and no Nugget or VW California. Monika, is it coming to the USA?
How is this now available in the US?
Wow. Just wow. !👀 on you ❣️
Ashtonishing van for life on holydays !

~$85k USD! They can keep it! It’s nice and Westfalia makes a great product, but this wouldn’t sell well in the US for that price.
Brilliant, I want one. Nugget plus high top for the UK ??
When is this van available in Canada???????
Bring to USA
I need to get me one of these
Wow. Sieht interessant aus. Aber zu wenig Platz.
Where is the toilet?
There is a portable one
So everything is cool.
How many people can sleep in the bus?
4
depends on how big they are and are willing to share :)
i want the awd one...
Where can I order? No information yet...
I can send you bank account details if you like 😂
Beautiful
I builded my ford transit in 2004 like this
schönes Auto! sieht gut verarbeitet aus.
Bei der Tankklappe bin sehr skeptisch, die wird im täglichen Einsatz bei einem Handwerker nicht lange halten!!!
usually I wouldn't buy a new vehicle but PLEASE bring this to the US
Would sell well in Australia Imo
Cool !

they need to price it cheaper then the vw to be honest.
@@tariqphoto why? Which VW? T6.1, T7?

Superb 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Данный вариант использования внутреннего пространства мне больше нравится, чем у конкурентов WV и Мерседес.
Put shower and WC inside the car as it was made by the Fort Vendome in their Transit Custom XL model. And I will definitely buy your car.
wish there was one with a roof without the kitchen. kitchen takes too much place and its features can be easily replaced and taken only when needed
Can you get all electric
There will be e Transit/Tourneo Custom but when is not public

I want this in guam

and the fridge has lower volume inside
Music is way too loud. Can't hear the information they're giving.
Please- please- please Bring it to North America !!!!!!!!!
Wish they sold this in North America.
High roof, please, not a moveable surface that can leak with fabric that can retain water, grow fungus, and eventually need replacement.
Heartache at lack of USA availability
where is the toilet!!!??
so so so so SAD that i cant' buy this in Canada!!!!!
I’d worry about taking this off road with such a low clearance?
Think more in solutions :)
new vw?
VW and Ford worked together so the VW version is coming. Maybe 1 year later than Ford version.
Do a shot every time you hear “Cool” 😂
Not bad if I want to go camping and hiking
The cheapest version is €68,628. You can buy a two-bedroom flat for that money - or even a house in certain areas.
This is ridiculous!
Bring to USA please
Imitation is the Sincerest Form of Flattery
Danke, Glück aus Turkei.
Amazing product and design but bad pitch
Ngl I love this thing
Turkiye pleaseeee
This van needs to be brought to Canada because we're all homeless
Chairs in the tailgate? Groundbreaking.
Some remarkable ideas stolen from the VW California.
Doesn't matter if they're 'stolen' since it's a great idea, why not go with it
Its not stolen as this new van chasis is a joint Ford VW venture so sharing all the trim is part of it i imagine
and do you think that VW has invented that?
Why do all these companies avoid bringing any of these cool vehicles to the us market American fn company and I’ve never heard of this. VW California also doesn’t come here Hyundai has one of these also none come here.

Why am I just hearing about this?…marketing not very good because I’m always searching for van content
Wow, integrated seats and table.. never seen it before … oh wait .. 😂
I think it's cool to spend 75,000 euros on this car and not have a toilet! Luckily there are bushes in nature!
It comes with a composttoilet! :) , so time to do your homework
Direct competitor to Mcnugget
Very like it! In Russia we will be wait this car
Kann den keiner Englisch bei Ford? 🙂
Looks very Peugeot to me
Why did she seem so unprepared and nervous? Was she his hostage? 🤔
I will also add that the cockpit of this new model is completely soulless. Dual screen, one bigger than the other and sticking out like a stump. The tendency to get rid of clocks and touch buttons does not convince me.
Lieber Ford Ranger und echtes Camping ⛺️
"echtes camping" is personal so not one thing
Who on earth is going to be able to afford this though? And those who can afford it probably work so many hours that they won't have the time to use it, lol.
This video is so awkward!
Sell it in North America!
>ford europe communications
>can barely speak through the heavy accent
jesus christ
Giant mistake on this. The highest part of the roof should be in the middle of the van like VW's. I wouldn't buy this - it'll be a pain.
This is cringe, why did you choose these two 🤦🏻♂️
This boring shitbox makes me want to by a car from the 1970s - like wen they made cars look unique and special.
No solar power / combustion engine / it’s 2023 not 1967 - poor ol environment / we need to stop building these vehicles and save something of our planet for the future generations 👍
Lets do do it by mining lithium!
Do more research or did you do in the 10 days since you posted? Solar Power on roof.
