With US friction with China, I am not sure if the US can even get Lithium Batteries, it is illegal in the US to manufacture Lithium batteries for environmental reason, but it is ok to buy Lithium from China, the US is such a confused sad sack of a country.
Will some solar panels be able to charge the battery while camping? Example given....I want to go in small vacation but the location of the accomodation is outside the grid. I know i will stay for few days so maybe i have a chance to refill the batteries even if i;m ouside the electric grid....Few days charging on a solar panel is ok for me.

As much as I love the latest Transits (last 5 years) there is a major floor with them, security. The drivers key lock and the ease of peeling of the side and rear doors. I hope they have addressed these problems?

It all comes down to real world range, 320km range? Cold morning with some highway work it’s likely to be more like 200km, lucky to get to site, let alone charge your tools😂
I would love an all electric custom, but I can not justify spending a likely £50,000 for the privilege of going to work as a builder. If Ford ever feel the urge to give a FREE van to a builder, then call me, hahaha.
WTF! Ford has this available and they give the USA the 💩 E-Transit with barely even 100 mile range! They get 236 mile range and we get less than half!!! Ford get with it. The e-transit sucks. You need to bring this here! I need at least 200 miles min range for vans in my fleet.

MSV couldn’t even diagnose my engine problem, 3 times they came out, then a week later the engine blew up!

its not coming out till late 2023. it has been spotted testing in the US.
I have absolutely nothing against Ford, they have made some very good cars over the years but I don't like EVs or the idea of autonomous vehicles.
