Beat the heat and tend the garden in the morning and evening. The AC and Gator Aid are a must.

I definitely try to avoid any mid-day time out there! But the plants don't get a choice so they get shade cloth :-)

LOL, Working in the garden was the motivation I used to get the kids out of the house and not living in the basement. Looking good!

Do you do anything with the sunflower seeds?

First year to harvested them and roasted and ate. Every year since then the squirrels destroy them before they are mature lol
