Great video. I've been to Harry's next to the Navy base many times. They have lots of pictures of celebrities visiting, it opened in 1936, but one of the best is KFC's Colonel Sanders which you are sitting next to when you have your pie and hotdog.
Aloha Jeff! Loved your video on Sydney. Will definitely try some of your suggestions when we come in a week or two. BTW, I shave my head every few days. You have such a clean shave!!! How do you shave???
Apologies for the delay in reply. Thank you for watching it and glad you found it beneficial. In terms of shaving, just good ole fashion razor blade with shaving cream haha
Next time you come to Australia you should do even more exploring. I would love to see more of your impressions. Also with the condiments… You don’t always get charged. They do tend to in Sydney though. City mentality and all.
Prik Thai is one of great Thai restaurants in Sydney, but it is definitely not located in Thai Town. Thai Town of Sydney is actually around Starbucks Haymarket. Walking up and down George Street from Capital Square, you will find 20+ Thai restaurants serving authentic Thai food.
Thanks for clarifying that. I assumed it was within the broader Thai Town area but was inaccurate. Great food for sure and the staff was super hospitable to us
Although we are not vegetarians, we do appreciate having a very good balanced meal with a good amount of veggies. I’ll try including more of those types of dishes whenever possible. Thanks for the input and for checking out my video
Interesting that you said the best part of duck was the soy sauce-My experience at Mr Wong was the worst- terrible service- tea was bitter - duck was dry- not recommend at all
I’m sorry to hear that. We did enjoy the food there albeit on the pricier end for sure. I also was referring to the hoisin sauce that brings the flavor all together for Peking duck dishes

You’re welcome and thank you for watching. The fish market food was spectacular!

You’re welcome! Hope you found it useful
You really love your food!
I was very sheltered from good food as a kid 😉
Glad you enjoyed your time in Sydney! The food is pretty nice👌

Yes, a very cool establishment and just the photo memorabilia alone. Apologies in the delayed reply

It was delicious either way! 😃

Perhaps someday I/we can make it back to Melbourne. Thanks for all of the comments and checking out my videos!
If you like Yellowtail. Oysters come to Port Elizabeth and Knysna. In South Africa. Yellowtail PE. Oyster Knysna
Thank you for the suggestions. I’m a huge fan of Yellowtail for sure!

Haven't been here in years but damn the prices 😢
Didn’t mean to make you feel whatever you’re feeling by sharing what things cost during my visit. Just being completely transparent
I've noticed that Thai and Malaysian cuisines in Sydney are really good
Where we ate it was definitely impressive for us. High quality
The Brit’s would call the pea mash “mushy peas”
Hello from Thailand
Hello!
😋😋😋😋😋
Sydney doesn't have French colonial buildings, one of Sydneys original purposes was to try to beat the French at that time.
If you decide to come back, the fish market will be at a new location around the corner!
Expanding?
@@fomoyolotravel yes, to a new site that is still being built literally around the corner, so it will look a lot more modern and cleaner
@@8CSKN8 thank you for sharing that info. Sounds like it will be even more amazing than it already is
would be cool if you did some more vegeterian options..just a thought

Food looks absolutely delicious. Why are you not fat? lol
Thanks for watching and yes, everything was absolutely delicious. I may look relatively healthy in appearance but I'm not so sure about my innards
Sydney is Asia 😂😂😂
Enjoy your monocultural meth addled country town and we'll enjoy our city.
stop talking talking talking, especially unnecessary rubbish.
Meals at your dinner table must be very 🥱. I do really like that word “rubbish” though
