Her muscles ARE natural - take a closer look. And her training regimen was absolutely brutal, her devotion was remarkable too. Skeptics can trash her all they want, but she was an extremely hard-working athlete. And that is why she holds that record - and she is still alive, unlike some other athletes in female track and field.
It was in czechoslovakia under communist regime, these West funny peoples doesnt have a clue what does it mean to living under that kind of rules😅everybody can be bloody sure she trained hard
@@mara009100 We just need the equivalent of a Usain Bolt or Wayde van de Niekerk. Every 20-40 years someone comes who just smashes everything that's gone before.
@@mara009100 But we all know how long some other records stood, like Bob Beamon's 8.90m, or Jim Hines' 9.95 seconds. No record is impossible to beat cleanly, none.
Turinabol, an steroid specifically designed by east-Germany not gain water. Designed for women aththeletes, or those does not wish gain excess mass. Almost all east european arhletes took it, in 80s, like figure skater Katarina Witt who has confessed. Jarmila might had in addition cromosome deviation, she was so muscular. Her WR Record in 800m will newer be broken using straight means.
@kimmoj2570 Being for moths on Turinabol left you looking, pretty much normal person. Thats why it was used everywhere, from figure skating to mens strenght competetion. Not like 20kg of flabby like takind Dianabo ol.
thing is, she was raised on a czech farm in the 1960's. doing, well, man's work. lifting hay bales n stuff. c'mon, an eastern european farm in the 60's. plow field, build fence, churn butter, make beer. then...she married a weightlifter. ok, go from farm work to benching 350, followed by squat sets 3 x15 @ 180. probably should've been a heptathlete, 'cept weren't on the roster then.
she never married anyone, she was devoted to her career... but yeah she was working on a farm a kid a she got really strong there. And when she finished the school she was doing accountant in some factory, not working on a farm anymore, maybe just helping during the harvest time during the summer sometimes... but still her day was something like wake up at 3AM, start training at 4AM. 8AM stamp your card in the time clock at the factory, work for 8 hours, and after work straigt to the gym or running track. Repeat...not sure how many would want to do the same today.
It's amazing how Jarmila Kratochvílová's record has remained untouched for so many years. An achievement that seems like it will last forever.
It was almost a flight at the end. 😍😍😍

Stay of the Juice😂💯👌
There should be a clean Olympics and a Juiced version! I believe there is one guy trying to organise a pro sports event just for ´enhanced’ athletes!
Let’s not forget the previous world record was only 15/100 slower. It’s not as out of anyone else’s reach as Koch’s 400 or Bolt’s 100.
800m is impossible to beat... Don't forget previous WR was from 1980 Olympic from soviet walking pharmacy runner

What a cheat, it is physically impossible for a woman to become so muscular without artificial means.
