Thank you so much to everyone for all the feedback and love on this video! We’re at the most exciting stage at the moment, moving into the van to start travelling ❤
Your toilet solution is great. At first I thought: oh no, using the loo in the cabin again. But seeing you sliding it out in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. I like the bright and clean solution in your van.
Yes finally a great solution for the toilet. My problem with all the vans I've seen here are toilets. It's either place underneath their bed or under their kitchen counter/beside it/ in front of it and it makes me puke everytime I imagine having a toilet in those areas 😭 Great job!
I could not agree more! I really wanted to make sure I had a toilet (as I will be a solo female in many situations) but I wanted to make sure it wasn't in your face!
I don't usually like campervans, I feel like they're too busy for the size but what you've both done to this van is amazing. It's very clean and thoughtful, and there's nothing shown in this video where I thought "I don't like that". And the kitchen is amazing!
I used to not like camper vans either... but, I believe the purpose of a camper van is the size. If you have driven rvs, trailers or buses, you know it is not friendly for getting around. A camper van is great for all aspects of traveling and allows you to enjoy parking anywhere without the cost of paying for a camp sites. I'm building one now on my channel.
Very nice. A counter top convection oven and an Instant Pot would be perfect in this. Once you move in and get your things in there , i'm sure it will be very cozy.

At first I thought that it was going to be claustrophobic because of the lack of windows but then when you moved to the back you have a lovely large window. Beautifully done.
Lovely design! I love the clean lines and the color, and everything is so compact. My only worry is the pass through between the cab and the van because the seat is covering it. But otherwise the whole design looks great. Happy travels!
@@saberkite thank you so much for your beautiful comment! Yes, we agree with the seat/pass issue. Right now it’s more of an incase-of-emergency option, in the future we may change the double seat for a single and it will make it easier!

Looks cozy ❤ I love this Layout. Very smart to have a bed and working area like this. I love that bikes can be stored aswell. Were do you store your clothes? 😊
Like the brightness in the van. First time (and I've seen a loooot of van builds) I see the exact same layout in the exact same Daily as I have. I installed a window in the kitchen, though, which I (and my cat) love. After 2 years of full time living in it, I ripped it all out and removed the bathroom. It blocked the ability to have a view outside through the sliding door. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't get which length your van is. I have the L4 (longest of that type) and was able to have the bed lengthwise (full size) so didn't have to pull it out or anything like that. The benches could be converted into a 1 person bed as well. When I designed and build this layout I thought it would be the perfect layout, but it turned out it wasn't (for me). I'm curious if it still is for you after 1 or 2 years living in it.
@@MultiPJoys oh my goodness this is so crazy!!! We haven’t come across this layout design before either! I live in Europe and have used under counter fridges for years; they don't bother me in the least. On the other hand, when I visit my daughter and her family in the U.S., their giant stuffed fridge drives me nuts; I can't find things in it and a lot of their food goes bad before they uncover it.
@@renada99 we agree, it would have been really nice and we still have the possibility to add them. The reason we haven’t so right now is for security reasons as the van has an extra secure locking system and windows are the easiest way to break into a vehicle!
