I love mine. This thing is awesome just the way it is. What I mean by that is, all these comments saying it needs to be 4wd, make it wider, put things on it to make it like a typhon, or a this, or a that. Leave it as a Gorgon! Adding brushless motors, and 3s Lipo and such are fantastic! But so many people saying they’d buy one if it were more like this car or that car. If the Gorgon isn’t for you then God Bless, and go find the car you like. It’s not meant to be a typhon, or a Kraton, or a vorteks, and so on. I personally love it just the way it is. Arrma gave us something that looks and feels like the RC cars did back in the 80’s, and that’s what I love most about it. Great video, brother! This thing is sick on 3s brushless! Thanks for doing videos that show what the cars can do without busting them all up when you bash them. It really helps people like me make informed decisions on what to consider buying when driven and bashed normally. 🙌🏼
Just got one and man it’s such a great cheap car to get into RC or like me a cheap basher to upgrade to brushless, I do hope they come out with other types like a buggy or sct though but I wouldn’t change this one besides for brushless!
Some people are still doubting what a good RC this is. All I can say is, just drive one and see for yourself. But I can't be too critical I suppose, I was doubtful of the new 4s Mojave until I saw jaytee run it. Arrma is BRINGING It right now!
I absolutely love the Gorgon! Bought one for both of my kids. I bought the Vorteks. But dad wants a Gorgon bad! The kids have the red one in the green one so that leaves the blue or black one for dad. I’m leaning towards the black one so I can get some hands on knowledge and experience and putting things together because these are the first RC’s I’ve ever owned.
Great video! Do you feel like you are missing out on 4wd and his easy is it to do backflips with? Seems pretty easy but want to know if you put full throttle or not? Might buy this and go with 3800 or 4200 kv motor and 3s
So I put a 6500kv motor from a losi drag car in mine and boy it’s fast on 2s but I had to take a dremel to the chassis to fit it and still barely just to leave enough bracing😂🔥
Undeniably a nice driving truck to get people into the hobby... flies great. That motor shaking loose is a little worrying considering how many noobs have zero mechanical skills

Love the vid man! You said as an alternative to beef'en up the shocks was to ''stretch the springs''. I have thought about that a few times on my vehicles. I didn't know that was a viable option. Would you mind doing a tutorial sometime? That is a blue collar racer's like me, dream- To get cool hacks from more experienced drivers. i.e. silicone ear plugs in the diff case!! Thanks JT.
Nice vid. Don't really understand the VXL comment though. I run a VXL with a Futaba with no issues. But it sure looks good and seems to perform better with those wheels. Just wish the red one was the cheapest version.
I know all my newer VXL systems have problems running with different radios period I'm not sure if you got one of the up-to-date ones or not but that's where that comment came from period I think the odor ones were a little different they were more compatible

Truck seems to handle 3s just fine. I guess ill have to get me onw of these. You know, for the price, this may be the best deal in rc right now.

Yeah I'm going to do a final review in the next couple of days and I'll mention a lot of that in the review plus some adapters to use 12mm hubs

It's actually pretty large it's tinskill size so it's definitely bigger than those ones you just named
