This is so important. As a keyboardist I spend loads of time sitting both performing and practicing so getting in a workout is vital. Thank you for spreading awareness of health as its often the most neglected asset but its the most important asset we musicians have.
Thank you for this Terence. The first part of the Video all the stretching exercises I have done for years. for others not exactly the same exercises with weights but I do use resistance bands and light weights. At 72 I am a full time solo artist and can still do 3 and 4 hour shows all summer long. This stuff gives you longevity! Rock on!
I love working out, it's so cool to see a professional musician bringing light to this. I wish I had done this a long time ago but it's never too late to start, God bless you Terrence!
I started adding weights to my workouts (not just running and sit ups) and was SHOCKED at how much of a positive effect I noticed in a short period of time! Gotta add those shrugs and neck turns for sure! Thanks, man!

Hi Terence, as a vocalist for 7 years who is morbidly obese but currently in the gym, your workout plan looks perfect for me use to not only work out with for weight loss, but also for getting in better shape. thank you kindly for making this!
Focusing on your breathing the entire workout, even in between sets will take your playing to the next level. Teaches you to breathe without thinking. Even better, breathe within rhythm to the music and meditate/visualize yourself playing what you're hearing
