    Been attempting keto for the past few days i am definitely feeling tired, anxious and less energetic than usual. I think it will take some time to adapt.

      You’re welcome! It should take from couple of days to a week. Try to keep carbs as minimum as possible around 20g per day and your body will switch faster to get energy from fat 👍

      Hi Tony 😀 the carnivore diet is a part of ketogenic diet and I love it because it can have amazing benefits for some people with inflammation especially for those with an autoimmune disease.
