People think demons are all-power godlike being when that's not true. They have limits. Is it even stated what type of mythological demon GF is? Furthermore, I don't think GF is even a demon in this. Isn't she supposed to be a MAG. Most demons in fiction have supernatural powers.

Yeah, she's not a regular person, but considering she's a demon, the idea that she's huge because she is one is pretty much a misrepresentation of how demons actually work. Demons can do crazy stuff, but they're not all-powerful gods who can do whatever they want whenever they want. Again they have limits. Even if demons could do that, It's never confirmed in the canon that she can become a giant.
