Hi Oscar. I would like to ask one question. Can we apply for I-140 Petition and I-485 at same time from abroad. kindly answer my quesion.
HI Usman, if you apply from abroad you would not submit an adjustment of status I-485 petition...you would follow consular processing after the I-140 is approved. You can check my recent video on it. Thanks
Oscar my friend in the US has got me a cashiers check, but on the memo section he wrote I-140 and add his name instead of my name. Can I write a little not and add it to say the check is for my application?@OscarsGreenCard
Excellent content !!! Are you Portuguese ? 😄
Thanks! No, but close..I'm Galician
Hi Oscar, Youvideo was very informative. I am from Pakistan and I am applying for EB2 NIW. My relative bought a money of 700 USD for I-140 and send back to me in Pakistan. I am confused now what should write in (from section)? Should I write my name and my Pakistan address there? and on (to section) will I write USCIS address for DHL as I will send them by DHL?
Hi, I don't provide this kind of personalized advice
I dont think this this is personal. I just want to know, what to write in (To Address) and (from address) on money order which I received from my relative

It's. Very difficult process.
Payment method is very difficult.
Yes it is, unfortunately, for those abroad.
Hi Oscar ,Please guide me for any suitable lawyer for helping me through EB1-A process for Green Card .I am an Indian currently working abroad . I called some of the lawyers website but not too much good response . thanks Vikas
Hi Vikas! We don´t provide recommendations on lawyers. We made a video recently about popular lawyers for EB2 NIW and some of them also work in EB-1A. But again, not a recommendation! th-cam.com/video/zVNPOArGuVE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=rx07dBRPToOpAyS8
hi Oscar, Greetings to you. you did a splendid job for the EB visa seekers. as there is an option in USCIS, cashier’s check, why do not we
use it?
I am from outside USA, can I enclose cashier’s check along with i-140 petition ?
Thanks for your kind words. You can only use checks from US banks as it says in the I-140 instructions
Finally, thanks
you're welcome!
