Is this a common problem with the 400ex ? Im getting ready to buy one and the guy im buying from said only thing wrong with it is that the clutch feels like it pulls but its like the clutches wont grab!!......do you think this is the problem?
@Mr. Fixit yes I am, been having problems holding it still while loosening. You did it In a sec with your impact wrench. Ima have to buy one. I'll try your advice to
@@PrevailArmyput a wrench on the one part and postion it so when you go to losen the bolt it spins the wrench 🔧 into the foorstand to give you the leverage you need and stop it from spinning around.
Does the one way bearing have digits on it? If so what does it mean

Where are you buying parts like these? Hard to decide between $50 on Amazon, or $300 from Honda. Are there any in between brands?
Some parts I get from my local Honda and others I get from the net. You just have to decide price V's quality.
what kind of grease did ya put on the gasket
I used moly axel grease.

The transmission clutch and the starter clutch are unrelated.
@@MrFixit1 would that be an expensive fix? Is it worth buying if I'm only buying it for 800?

@@toniortiz819 If you're talking about the starter sprag one way bearing, it is a cheap fix.
I can't get the big bolt off, just spins.
Are you talking about the engine spinning? Put trans in 1st gear and try to hold the brake.
