I cannot believe that your'e a high school kid teaching this I have to practice for the rhetorical analysis essay and this video has boosted my confidence by a lot
Is this really a high school student? I'm impressed. I'm a high school English teacher. I've been through these things many times with my students, but I wanted a video to post to Google Classroom so students could go back and watch it if they have questions and also as extra help for the remote students I have this year. This video is so clear and simple, taking students step by step through each method, that I'm saving it with my other resource videos for essay writing. Thank you!
@@jenniferbader2948 yeah at the time they were but they probably graduated last year and yes this would be the perfect video to show to your students. and it would be even funnier if you let the students know that the person in the video is also in high school.
@@dannehsg978 Thanks for your kind words, I'm really glad this video boosted your confidence! And yes, I posted this video just after graduating high school in 2019.
@@jenniferbader2948 Thank you for sharing with your students! I posted this video a little less than a month after graduating high school, and I'm glad that this video is still helping students now.
Ms. Editor, thank you so much. Could you please make a video about citations in critical summaries? I would like to learn how much we can cite from a book that we are criticise.
I'm not sure if this is plausible idea, but maybe you can do how to improve your vocabulary in writing? or something like the importance of word choice? Love the videos btw

Thank you SO SO MUCH!!! This video has helped my writing immensely!!! Thank you!!!

Love that idea! I always appreciate your awesome suggestions, Linda!
This was quite helpful.
Do you know how to break up a block quote into multiple quotes? My professor doesn’t allow me to use block quotes on my paper bc it’s short
If you ever have time, can you thoroughly explain what a block quote is? PLSSSS
thank you 😭
I was the 200th like, cool
FYI: the slash is not for plays, but for poetry. You use it in Shakespeare because his dialogue is written in poetic verse.
Do you think you might ever make a video on how to avoid comma splices?
I might in the future, thanks for the suggestion :)
Would you please make a video about a dialectical journal?
Thanks for the idea! I made a video on how to make a dialectical journal here: th-cam.com/video/YHpqt_N8ez4/w-d-xo.html.
Thanks a lot
