I keep phrases in my thoughts to stifle, momentarily, the object I would like to walk away from while having the final say.....leave them thinking, in lieu of arguing.
Great video. However it shows only what needs to be done. But I would have also liked you to cover how it needs to be done. How do you get those words to replace the phrases? Memorise words with their definitions? Or is there a better way?

My problem is that if you give me a word I will probably know the meaning but I donot use those words in writing.
