    So do you pay for carry on bags? Right now, their site says personal bags are allowed and free of charge... which you have... so if you have a an actual carry on suitcase fitting that carry on size limit, is there a fee?

      Yes you pay for carry on bags. That bag the person has I and my coworkers would classify as a personal item, but it differs per station

      They charge for *all* carry-on. I believe the person in this video has a carry-on-sized bag, not a *personal item-sized bag* for which there is an extra charge. The personal item size is much smaller than their carry-on size and is the only free item.

      Honestly depends on the third party company providing service to Lynx at whichever airport. If it was my airport then we’d let it slide, but I could be different at others. Then on the other hand we try to be strict with charging the carry ons since we get told repeatedly from HQ that we’re not charging. Which is kinda frustrating since the airport that connects directly to us has consistently in the past few months been letting people not pay, so we end up being the bad guys when we have to charge. Also Lynx is kind of unreliable when it comes to on time arrivals or departures. This is not an exaggeration, but for the past month I have not seen one flight arrive on time or early. They have all arrived late. Again I repeat this is not an exaggeration
