Great report! :) I have had 2 fulminators charge a lord of pain, inflicting about 18 damage, but he maid 14 4+ wards killing the fulminators and the lord of pain survived :) Yes please more reports like this.

This battleplan is such an interesting one. It’s really hard to score all 5 rounds. If you bring a slow castle, you are already a bit screwed.Alpha pin lists can be really strong here if their plan works out.
Yeah its difficult to get 28 (5 VP x 5 rounds + 3 Grand Strat) points here unless you are trading objectives with your opponent constantly. Pinning your opponent and burning your own objectives early could actually lose you the game
Was a fun watch. You mentioned something with line of sight being needed for using command abilities? This to my knowledge is not true :) If it is, please show/give the source for this ruling, I was not able to find any such restriction?
Thanks for pointing this out! We have been assuming they require line of sight, but I can't actually find anything in the rules to back up that idea. I suppose this rarely comes up because units usually issue commands to themselves... Good to know for future games

My plan was to score Magical Dominance, thunderbolt volley the central blissbarbs (thats why I deployed exactly within 30" of one model). Drop tempestors to shoot off another squad of blissbarbs, and drop 5x vanquishers in front of them to screen and unleash hell whatever charges them.... Or drop them on the left side and shoot his slickblade seekers and staying our of range of most of his army. Big unleash into Sigvald!

@TheStormkeep absolutely agree. A lot of other battlereports just tell you what happens. I like the analysis of the actions and reasoning for them.

Are you using a Lord-Relictor instead of a Knight-Relictor?
