On a side note, its good to see TSN finally providing deep analysis of a team other than the Leafs. Had to make it to the conference final to get their attention , but better than nothing

@@red3here Not to the depth that theyre doing here. Back in the first round, after every Leafs game, they always have that panel with the 4 guys. With the Oilers, they just have one guy talk post game, Ryan Rishaug. Even the Jets and Canucks dont get a full panel talking about them, and when they do talk its very brief.
Ha yeah, know the panel looks at everything from the Oilers POV and nothing from the Stars. High-level stuff.

Great teammate moment for Perry, as expected. Doesn't change the fact that Nurse has been a disaster. A half decent game tonight, does not make up for all the damage he's done in these playoffs.
I don't have a goldfish's memory, and I hope nobody else does. He is nowhere near a $9.25M defenseman. Not even in the same dimension as one.

Darnell Nurse does not need to "skate more." He doesn't need to "jump into the play." He doesn't need to be more aggressive in the opposing zone, or be offensive minded at all. He needs to take a man in front of the net. He needs to be aggressive on the 2-on-1, attack the puck, get the stick in the way. You know, things good defencemen do. Look at Bouchard and Ekholm. Play like them. Skating more and jumping into the play will not make up for a -12 plus/minus.
The oilers kicked the stars ass that game. Plain and simple. Im not happy about it but thats what happened. On to game 5.
How did Dallas play 40 Las game lol. Edmonton killed them period one. Choked period 2. Edmonton outshot Dallas 13-2 last game third period snd Dallas scores 1 goal on 2 shots. Edmonton also hit a post before that Robertson hatty

Pretty sure this was the first game the oil scored in the 3rd period... not being able to score in the 3rd is a recipe for disaster. I hope the oil remedy that going forward
