Hello Dustin, Okay I liked this home, It's a Beauty. They really do need to put new Tile/Carpeting in the home. They should have put in a 1/2 Bathroom as you came in. I'm not a Pool/Hot Tub Person, I could do without. Loved the Architectural is Really NICE 🙂👍. $915,000 is pretty pricey, they should be able to Negotiate $860,000 RATE 10. Dustin of all the Homes, That I've seen the House in Maricopa for $409,000 was Absolutely Breathtaking, That was My Favorite one, Which I gave that One a 20. Great Video 📸👍👏😍❤️
