I'm not as big on the actual HOA fees.. what drives me nuts in the HOA Nazis.. they pick and choose who to fine and what to fine on. I had to fight my case by going to the HOA meeting.. and brought pictures of 10 other homes in the neighborhood that had much worse paint schemes (not approved) to the board. They couldn't refute my argument. And still a year later, those homes still haven't changed.
@@EverythingPhoenix Yes. This winter season, traffic has definitely been worse than in recent years! However, now in mid-April, I see traffic lightening up.. the snowbirds are going back no their north homes.
