The Police should first do a complete thorough background check on the woman to make sure that she does not have a history of making false accusations and also do a mental health assessment to make sure she is mentally sane and sound and is not on anti-depressants and drugs. Also Police should find out if she has a motive to LIE. That's the definition of good police work before making a false arrest of an innocent person.

If a man goes and slaps a woman people don’t stand around and say oh, we should make sure he’s not on any SSRI‘s or his mental health is OK. No we just throw them in jail. Same with having children. If a woman doesn’t want a child, she could afford it. She could put it up for adoption if she wants to keep it and can’t afford it. She has all different kinds of revenues to help her. as a guy we get a woman pregnant Aunt we have no say if we can’t afford child support we get thrown in jail. It is an unfortunate reality that false sexual assault allegations seem to be more common. Perhaps, once cleared of all charges, a good approach to deter these behaviors would be to sue the false accuser to recover monies to make the formally falsely-accused individual whole again. Additionally, if feasible, the formerly falsely-accused individual should pursue legal action against the false accuser.
Why aren’t these women locked up for fake rape accusations? I feel like it should be a five-year minimum. Mandatory person sentence. Try to lie on someone about rape. That is so messed up.
