Your wisdom is appreciated Gary! We want to create all the memories we can and ensure she grows up to be a strong, capable woman and an amazing person. Which I know she’ll be....of course I might be a little biased😉👍
Well, I'm with Gary S., as I'm 70 years young. Native to AZ and have grown up camping all over the White Mountains first with my Mom, Dad and Sisters, then just me and my college buddies, then as a married man with two boys of my own. Monsoon camping was the best for us as we just loved the afternoon showers. I love stream fishing over lake because you keep moving and usually what is around you makes up for the times you don't catch anything. My Brother-in-law turned me on to Pine knots as fire starters as they are loaded with pitch too. Campfire nights, fish on the line, somores, camp cooking, the sound of rain on the tents and tarps all make for lifetime memories. I loved watching this video so much. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Thanks Richard! I know the white mountains has some solid history in your heart as it is in ours! Love your recap! And yes, I will take stream fishing anyway over lake fishing😀👍
What a beautiful family, having the best time, making the most of the beauty of Nature God has given us. I’m so happy for you. God Bless You and Your Family. ❤️🙏🇺🇸
Thank you Erick! I was afraid it was going to be too boring but my wife said that she thought some folks would enjoy the relaxing nature of it. I’m glad you thought so 😀🙏
Haha....yes, straight and dry aspen makes anyone look like a pro! I’ve got mesquite and oak in my wood pile at home and I can say you’ll never see me splitting that on camera😂😉

Those Poitou Donkeys are so cool! They are so rare that a Poitou embryo was transferred to a Standardbred horse mare to continue the pregnancy and give birth to the baby donk in order to protect the Poitou Donkey mother. It's so awesome to see a dad being able to spend so much time out in the wilderness with his family. Everyone looks so happy. Beautiful camping trip!
This is exactly the kind of stuff I did as a kid too. I lived in a place like this though, it was playing in log piles & role playing mountain man everyday. It was a great childhood. Your doing good for your child indeed.
Thank you for letting us share in your camping trip. What a beautiful area! I guess the boys better watch out in a few years. Marley can really wield the axe!
Thanks for checking it out! We always have a great time there! As for Marley and the thought of boys in the future.....ahhhh😬. I don’t want to even think about it😂
The Poitou donkey is the oldest breed of donkey in France. It has long been used for the production of mules. In 1977, there were only 77 left in France and a safeguard plan was put in place in the 1980s. It’s wonderful to see these donkeys in Arizona! Very nice vacation, thank you for sharing !
Thank you so much! We always enjoy camping up in these mountains. And the cute donkeys were such a treat to see as well. And very interesting history about them too! 👍😀

Awesome! You’re so welcome! Btw....I love your Trailer build! I’m gonna keep my eye out next time we are up there😉. Also, loved your stickers and your SDU lettering😀👍
homesteadonomics thanks. I built the trailer essentially during the COVID shutdown, so my wife came up with the SDU idea. I was going to call it the Corona Cruiser, lol. We get a lot of pics from passer by's and thumbs up's. Iam a former Navy combat veteran and I wanted to paint it in desert digital camo, but my wife didn't agree. I vinyl wrapped my last camper build in Kryptek camo, she wasn't impressed. So I came up with the current paint scheme on this new trailer we both kinda agreed upon. However we are still unsure of it, but it'll have to be for now. My wife wants to head up to the hills this weekend for a quick 3 day camp. Another huge thanks again!👍🏼
I loved your build last year on this travel trailer. Build quality was superb. Love to know where you were in Arizona. I live in AZ and hope soon to get a travel trailer. First experience was in 1958. When I married in 1970 we took our daughters out and they love it when we had a 15 foot Scotsman. Simple, no frillls but memorable. I only wish that what ever I buy is as fun.
We were near big lake in the white mountains...up near alpine. Wonderful area! We camp there a couple times every year! And those Scotsman are cool campers too!😀👍
@@homesteadonomics , did they have helicopters back then? Even if they did... There's so many angles and turns, all those unions had to be fitted in place. Maybe bolted instead of tack welded... Then finished welded. Those beams sticking out from the canyon wall had to be drilled... I bet they had scalfolding too. 💜🌞🌵😷
Great to see the trailer in action. But all of a sudden my brain went wait... Wait... WAIT!!!.... Your wife like to go FISHING!! ..... You lucky dog you!!... five minutes with my wife and I end up making sure go to a nice restaurant before we go home. Only then will she give me 1 hour of quiet. Nice size lunch trout. My brothers granddaughter is his new lucky charm... now that they live in Oregon, they go even more shore fishing near the ocean and trout fishing in the hills. Thanks for sharing your adventure.
Wow! That sounds like a lot of fun! I lived in Medford OR for a summer and really enjoyed it there! Never went shore fishing but I think it would be fun to do!
Hello my friend, with you Al-Hussein from Morocco. I wish you success and happiness with your wife and daughter. A beautiful thing. I liked a lot about your way of life and the wonderful harmony in your family. I pray to God for you to remain healthy and healthy.
Thank you Lisa! So glad to hear it! These kind of videos are my lowest viewed....BUT my favorite to make. Because it means I’m camping or on vacation😊👍
Thanks for sharing this video and your family Time. You have great respect for nature and are a terrific parent educator. Wishing you and your family continued peace, health and happiness. Peace brother.
Thank you! We try our best to set a good example for our daughter and raise her in the best way we know how.... in hopes that by the time she moves away from use she is confident, capable and ready for anything this world presents her. .....but secretly this dad is planning to always be ready to swoop in and help her if she needs it😉👍
homesteadonomics During the time that our daughter’s were in school I transitioned from a sedan to a Ranger. Big enough for bicycles or mulch and eight semesters of college with home - dorm - home moves. When our oldest committed wedlock and moved to Canada we packed all her worldly belongings in our Ranger before packing all into our son-in-law’s vehicle; just in case things went sideways. Fortunately we did not have to test the possibility. Stay safe. You have a beautiful family. Cherish your days, they go too quickly. Peace brother.
Absolutely love it!!! We definitely want to check the catwalk out. Thanks for sharing so much beauty! Only the best magic tricks- Way to go Marley! Great bike riding too 😉! Family time is just the best! We love it all! 👍🏼 + how could I not mention the love for the donkeys 😬!
The catwalk was soooo cool! Actually I didn’t take the camera at first because I didn’t want to make it a vlog thing. But then it was just too cool I wanted to get some footage! Haha And you should know that you were the very first person we both thought of when we saw those donkeys! So that whole clip was inspired by the Jamisons! 😀👍
We love the rural life! If you’re looking to get out of the city, it think you’d enjoy doing a road trip to some rural areas and stay at a bed and breakfast.., or do some camping to see the general area. I think you’d enjoy even just prospecting to see if it would be right for you😀👍
@@homesteadonomics I grew up in it -Rural mountainous area- before moving to Los Angeles 23 years ago.. .I miss rural life when I see farming or camping videos like yours. The goal is buying a rural property before I hit 50 . The Hope my LA!! Kid coping with it.😁 Thank you Joe👍🏻
Wow, that Aspen splits nice and straight. When I was a kid in the North East, I had to cut, split and stack oak. It was rare to get it to fully split with one whack. It usually took several whacks and a wedge to get them to split. Then, there were the few that would stay connected by a tough thread of flexible oak that had to be pulled apart by hand. I don't miss those days.
Yes that aspen is a breeze... especially when dry and straight. Which is why it’s what I split on camera 😉. I’ve got some oak in my wood like at home and I have to use the mail to split that stuff....it’s crazy tough😂
It must be so satisfying to be camping out with the family & enjoying the great outdoors while knowing your home away from home was all hand built yourself. Great job! One day please send me a private email & share that location. It looks like a great place to camp & operate my ham radio.
Thank JP! It sure is....every time I walk in and pull open a drawer it just feels good. A peaceful place.., and knowing I built most everything in there is pretty darn satisfying as well! Definitely some things I would change....but not many😉. When I finally get this done I want to do a couple videos to talk about the whole build, answer questions, changes I’d make, etc,. But I still got the awning, slide out kitchen and the outdoor shower before those videos. Also, you can send me an email, down in the description. Or a DM on Instagram. But I’ll give you the quick right here. We were about 4 miles south of the big lake junction on a forest road that heads to the west. I can’t remember which road but if you email me I’ll search it out and let you know😀👍
I can almost smell the fresh air and feel the splash of the stream. The flow of this video was so pleasing and relaxing. I'll never get tired of watching those magic tricks. :) Joe, you might remember, when we were little and mom and dad would load our arms up with fire wood like you did with Marley. BTW, your arms are looking pretty good. Did you start the JCVD workout without me??? Hahaha! Also, sorry for the late comment, we had almost zero cell service in MX this past weekend. ;)
Oh no.....sorry to hear that! I’m convinced that ‘Olive’ is the best dog name ever so I’m sure your sweet corgi, ‘Olive’ was just as wonderful as our Olive😀👍
Thanks for sharing the video and your family with the community. I really appreciate the videos and time that you have spent to share your experiences and for the humility when making mistakes. We all do, I just appreciate the honest way you approach “obstacles”. I’ll be making a container shop for myself when my lease ends next year or at least that’s he plan for now. Thanks again !!👍👍🇺🇸
Thank yuh Mark! I appreciate that! I am as much, if not more prone to mistakes as the next guy....well, actually more prone when I think about it🤔😂 And I’m glad you have plans to dive into a container project! They are a structure that has a world of possibilities😀👍
homesteadonomics You cant be any worse than me. My problem is that I’m not smart enough to know when to give up and hire a pro. “Thanks to TH-cam” I’m actually considering starting a business that makes home workshops, she-sheds and man-caves. Going to start with the workshop for myself since my lease is up next year and I have no where to put all of my tools and preps. I can’t see renting a storage unit when I can own it. I don’t know how to weld yet but, ready to give it a try maybe take a class at the college by me. Thanks again for your content and for the encouraging words. May god bless you, your family and keep you safe .👍🙏🇺🇸
Oh man this brings back memories. I forgot I visited that catwalk before. I spent a year doing conservation work on the Apache Sitgreaves NF. We ventured into NM a few times during our days off. Family time in the mountains are the best.
Wow! That must have been a great experience! If I wasn’t married I wouldn’t mind doing some trail maintenance up in that area! A lot of work but the good clean rewarding kinda work too😀👍
Beautiful and very cool camping trip. Loved the Catwalk in NM and was just thinking of it a few weeks ago , I had seen it in one of Tristan's videos. Loved Marley's magic tricks! Thanks for sharing with us.
Thank you! It’s a top priority In our family.... camping and spending time with each other! Glad you enjoyed it! We enjoyed being on a little vacation and being able to share it😊👍
Livin' the Life! I fished that Black River with a small group some 40 years ago, but down a bit lower for small mouth bass -- hiked down into the canyon, stayed a few days, dodged a few rattlers & caught a lot of fish... :^)
It’s really a beautiful river! I even kayaked it below where the west fork comes in.....quite an adventure....haha....ended up being a 5 hour ordeal with me carrying the kayak for about half of the way😂
Thank you for sharing ❤️💗❤️ Marley did you watch David Blaine do the balloon stunt....I have think it was in Arizona..... SENDING A BRIGHT WHITE LIGHT OF LOVE TO SURROUND THE UNIVERSE 🤗💞💖🤗 AND EVERYONE 🤗❣️❣️🤗💞 Safe travels.... Thank you sharing your vacation camping trip... Great scenery & fun.
It is the best time! We love love love our time up in the mountains.....solitude, family time.....an escape from the weird world we live in! Haha. And my wife will be happy to know you are with her on grasshoppers😂👍
I enjoyed your video. Thank you for sharing with everybody. I appreciate Marley's magic tricks and what an awesome fisherman she is. We almost always use grasshoppers. They are free and the fish recognize them immediately as food. Look forward to your next video. Blessings of safety, health, protection and success. ☝️🙏🇺🇸💪👉...
It sure is a great spot! And a very enjoyable drive too! Mule creek, Glenwood, NM are really nice areas. BUT that means you guys will have to take a break from building the greatest earthen structures Arizona has ever seen! Can’t wait to see when they are finished😀👍
Was just up there a couple weeks ago in my diy truck bed camper! First time on the Black River it was beautiful! Love you videos, you’ve been a big inspiration for my videos
Thanks for checking it out Jerry! We love it up there too. And from what I’ve seen on your videos I know you guys do too! .....they’ve given me tons of ideas for future trips😀👍
Good to see your daughter learning some life skills. Always better in the beautiful outdoors. You should visit north Florida and try out splitting some Water Oak. 😜
Yes it sure is! And believe me..., dry aspen is the only thing I’ll split on camera. Makes anybody look like a pro.. haha. Soooo easy! But I’ve also got mesquite and oak in the home wood pile and you won’t catch me splitting those on camera....haha. So I can imagine water oak is pretty tough stuff😀👍
Great video. Thank You for the pictures of the canyon in NM. I probability will never be able to visit it, but I did get to see it with your great family.
In the southeast we call it "Fat Lighter" or "Fat Wood" and it is great for starting campfires. Pioneers would build cabins / homes with fat wood because it was resistant to termintes. But if it ever caught fire there was no stopping it.
New Mexico resident here. We visited the Cat Walk earlier this year, at that time there was snow on the ground and it was amazing on the Cat Walk. Beautiful area! I hope you checked out the Gila Cliff Dwellings, another beautiful hike with snow on the ground.
Great video Joe thanks for sharing, I can't wait to finish getting settled so I can go out and enjoy some the beautiful places Arizona has to offer. I'm in the process of relocating from northern Nevada to the Phoenix metro-plex and will defiantly need some of that country camping to escape the city. Olive is a Beautiful Aussie, one of the best breeds in my opinion. I have two minis and love them to death. Again thank for the video always enjoy your content on your channel.
Thanks for checking it out Scott! And welcome to AZ! I think you’ll enjoy the diversity that Arizona has to offer! Deserts and saguaros, alpine, juniper and oak forests, aspens and ponderosa pines, and even riparian river areas. Just no ocean😉
Just watching this now, too funny though, I looked up your channel to share with someone who is thinking of building a trailer, and noticed you'd just posted a video. Great timing!
It doesn't get any better than that, Joe. I have a buddy with the Fountain Inn Fire Department that works hard like yourself. Ben cuts and sells firewood, does lawn maintenance and landscaping and is one hell of a gardener. Invited him out to one of my chicken processing schools, you'd have thought he was an expert butcher. Status quo kills folks. Never stop chasing the dream.
Hi Joe, we're in Fountain Inn, SC. This farming thing is my retirement gig. Put in a little over 28 years with Michelin Tire Corporation. Enjoying the good life now.
Mark Jones thats awesome! Congrats on the retirement and the side gig! Btw....I put Michelin Agilis crossclimate tires on my travel trailer. I did hours of research and they were very highly recommended by a lot of trailer pros as a replacement for the standard trailer tires. 😀👍
Great video thanks for sharing! How do you get just one grasshopper out at a time for bait? Or are they dead by the time you use them? My kids are just getting into fishing, and we are always looking for new things to try.
The little bait cans have a flip lid... so you give just a little tap on the lid before opening to push them down to the bottom. And for the most part they don’t jump if you just open the lid for a couple seconds😀👍
Haha....that’s a classic kid trick! She was blown away when I did that for her when she was like 3 or 4 .....lol..... but now she’s into all sorts of little tricks! As for the campsite. It’s just forest land in the big lake area. I’m not much for developed camp grounds.... as I want to escape people...haha Specific at we camped off of forest road 249D by the big lake look out road. Since it’s forest land you just have to find a primitive area that has been used for camping before. Essentially just areas that you can tell have had tents and campers there before. But nothing developed or anything.😀👍
Very cool. I am planning to visit the Catwalk in NM. Looks like a very nice place. J am going to do another forging demo at the Goon Enough Mine on the weekend of October 9-10 & 11. If you're not too busy come down with the family. They gonna have a bunch of kids activities, such as donkey race and nocking contest. The weekend is called Schieffelin Days and is rescheduled from April. Let me know if you can make it.
I hope you can make it. They also gonna have the Donkey Dash, which is a cross country pack burro race. They gonna have several courses ranging from 3 - 25 miles (if I am correct). Also a poop scoop competition, for cash price of course. Donkey poop that is. 😉

And those Scotsman are cool campers too!😀👍
Great video ! Looked like a very rewarding and relaxing trip. I'm glad for you all, dog included. Ya'll stay safe and god bless ya'll !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you David! It always it rewarding and relaxing being up there. Cool, quite, surrounded by nature and family....Just a total recharge 😊
Just thinking about all the welds and grinding on that cat walk! Mind boggling! Thanks for sharing. 💜🌞🌵😷
Yes, a crazy amount of work for sure! I’m guessing they had to helicopter a lot of those pieces in too!
Great video, enjoy your time with your family and thank you for sharing.
Thank you Daniel!
Good on ya! Raising that girl the right way! Love to see kids learn thing like splitting wood with an axe. Life skills! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for checking it out Rick! Our goal is to have her grow up as capable and self confident as she can be😀👍
Great to see the trailer in action.
Thank you so much! Great to hear from Morocco too! Very cool👍
And we will say our prayers that you and your family stay healthy and happy as well😀🙏
@@homesteadonomics Welcome friend to visit me in Morocco anytime with your family
memories of weekends at the lake with my parents...
We are trying to build memories as much as we can while Marley is still young. She’s growing way too fast for this dads comfort level😂
Beautiful trip AND family. Thanks for sharing. 😎
Thank you Joe! We always enjoy these kind of trips😀👍🙏
Hi Joe, I enjoy watching all of your videos but ones like this one are my favorite ❤️
Haha
And you should know that you were the very first person we both thought of when we saw those donkeys! So that whole clip was inspired by the Jamisons! 😀👍
I came across few videos of country side America and am convinced that I need to get out of my concrete city.
Nice camp!!👌 &Good company👍🏻
We love the rural life! If you’re looking to get out of the city, it think you’d enjoy doing a road trip to some rural areas and stay at a bed and breakfast.., or do some camping to see the general area. I think you’d enjoy even just prospecting to see if it would be right for you😀👍
@@homesteadonomics I grew up in it -Rural mountainous area- before moving to Los Angeles 23 years ago..
.I miss rural life when I see farming or camping videos like yours. The goal is buying a rural property before I hit 50 . The Hope my LA!! Kid coping with it.😁
Thank you Joe👍🏻
What a great camping trip, wait aren't they all! 🏕🏜
They sure are!
Such a pleasure to watch your videos... lovely family... olive is so cute😍😍
.💕Thank you
Thank you! 😀👍🙏
Hahaha! Also, sorry for the late comment, we had almost zero cell service in MX this past weekend. ;)
I lost my dog Olive last year. So happy you have an Olive too!! Mine was a Corgi.
I am as much, if not more prone to mistakes as the next guy....well, actually more prone when I think about it🤔😂
And I’m glad you have plans to dive into a container project! They are a structure that has a world of possibilities😀👍
homesteadonomics You cant be any worse than me. My problem is that I’m not smart enough to know when to give up and hire a pro. “Thanks to TH-cam”
I’m actually considering starting a business that makes home workshops, she-sheds and man-caves.
A lot of work but the good clean rewarding kinda work too😀👍
homesteadonomics It was some of the best times of my life! I miss living in Arizona. But if I never left I wouldn’t have met my wife!
Absolutely love the way the travel trailer turned out!
Beautiful and very cool camping trip. Loved the Catwalk in NM and was just thinking of it a few weeks ago , I had seen it in one of Tristan's videos. Loved Marley's magic tricks! Thanks for sharing with us.
Thank you! It was a really great trip! Glad you liked her magic tricks too!
Good for you, taking the time to stay connected with your family. Difficult to do these days. Love the video's. Cheers.
Thank you! It’s a top priority In our family.... camping and spending time with each other! Glad you enjoyed it! We enjoyed being on a little vacation and being able to share it😊👍
Pretty nice camping trip Joe!
Love the scenery and the awesome family time.
But I have never seen a donkey with dreadlocks before :)
Yes they were so odd looking....but seemed like super sweet animals! We love it up there😀
Livin' the Life!
I fished that Black River with a small group some 40 years ago, but down a bit lower for small mouth bass -- hiked down into the canyon, stayed a few days, dodged a few rattlers & caught a lot of fish... :^)
It’s really a beautiful river! I even kayaked it below where the west fork comes in.....quite an adventure....haha....ended up being a 5 hour ordeal with me carrying the kayak for about half of the way😂
Thank you for sharing ❤️💗❤️
Marley did you watch David Blaine do the balloon stunt....I have think it was in Arizona.....
SENDING A BRIGHT WHITE LIGHT OF LOVE TO SURROUND THE UNIVERSE 🤗💞💖🤗 AND EVERYONE 🤗❣️❣️🤗💞
Safe travels....
Thank you sharing your vacation camping trip... Great scenery & fun.
Thank you Sallie! No, we have not seen that but I think we will look it up tomorrow as I’m sure she will be interested 😀👍🙏
All of efforts now paying off. beautiful family..
Looks so relaxing. I really can't blame your wife for wearing the gloves, I would too. Beautiful scenery. Stay safe.
Wow! I ve watched you build that trailer! I really admire your work!
Nice camping! Beautiful family! 👍👍👍
Que lindo es pasar tiempo en familia, y enseñar a nuestros hijos a disfrutar de las bellezas de la naturaleza....
Dios los bendiga siempre....
Im sure you and the fam enjoyed the cool weather and rain.
I like the tricks. Camping was awesome.
Thank you Dersu😀🙏
Leaks!? Of course there are no leaks. That was built by a pro.
That cat walk was sweet. Got to add that to my places to visit.
Thank you Justin! I will have to go check out your build too! Heading over now😀👍
Man, I'm jealous. We were supposed to go up there this weekend. Love the White Mountains.
Thanks for checking it out Jerry! We love it up there too. And from what I’ve seen on your videos I know you guys do too! .....they’ve given me tons of ideas for future trips😀👍
Awesome video looked like great fun
Thank you Brad! It was for sure
I think this one is the best video ever Thank you
Aww thank you so much!!! 😀🙏
Beautiful spot! Thanks so much for sharing.
Thanks for checking it out John!
Love it!
Thanks!
Oh my gosh, how did she do that trick 😃 great trick 😊 great adventure Joe 👍
Thank you for checking it out! We sure had a great time! 😀🙏
Thanks for sharing. Namaste. Jay
Thank you Jay!
Great video. Thank You for the pictures of the canyon in NM. I probability will
never be able to visit it, but I did get to see it with your great family.
Un vídeo diferente, la verdad me gusto mucho. Saludos 👏👏
nice donkeys, we call them "baudet" in french. Grettings from France
Thanks! And great to hear from France 🇫🇷😀👍
Just no ocean😉
a very beautiful family..Greetings from Turkey/İstanbul.
Makes me want to go camping there!
Awesome camping site!
It sure was a beautiful area!
Wellcome back 😁👍🏻 nice to see new one 👌🏼
Thank you!
Just watching this now, too funny though, I looked up your channel to share with someone who is thinking of building a trailer, and noticed you'd just posted a video. Great timing!
Well, that certainly worked out well! And thank you for mentioning the build to them. Still a few more things to come 👍😀
Great family! God bless!!
Really living the dream.
Just being with my girls is more than enough.....but being in the mountains with them is just an awesome bonus😀👍
Mark Jones well that sounds cool! Where do you conduct your classes? Did you mean fountain hills? Like AZ? Or elsewhere?
Hi Joe, we're in Fountain Inn, SC. This farming thing is my retirement gig. Put in a little over 28 years with Michelin Tire Corporation. Enjoying the good life now.
Mark Jones thats awesome! Congrats on the retirement and the side gig! Btw....I put Michelin Agilis crossclimate tires on my travel trailer. I did hours of research and they were very highly recommended by a lot of trailer pros as a replacement for the standard trailer tires. 😀👍
My favorite place in Arizona - Black River!
Cute trick Marley!😊 Cool donkeys. Ahhhh NM! I was thinking that it was Tonto natural bridge when I saw it on Instagram. Such a great video Joe.
Please make video
How to make skateboard and skateboard trucks and skateboard wheels and wood please ❤️🙏😊
Nice people.
Thank you! 😊
Hi from turkey. Thank you for vıdeo
Beautiful family and beautiful memories! What kind of dog do you have? We have a Queensland heeler (Indy) that could be your doggies double!?!?
Thank you so much! Olive is an Australian shepherd.
looks like you all had a great time, that catwalk was cool. if you don't use the firewood you cut do you leave it or bring it home
I love your dog 😍
Noice!
Muhteşem bir aile 🥰😘
Awesome, did you guys camp at a campsite or on private land? Also the first magic trick Marley shows was my favorite when I was a kid.
Haha....that’s a classic kid trick! She was blown away when I did that for her when she was like 3 or 4 .....lol..... but now she’s into all sorts of little tricks!
As for the campsite. It’s just forest land in the big lake area. I’m not much for developed camp grounds.... as I want to escape people...haha
Specific at we camped off of forest road 249D by the big lake look out road.
Desert Owl Forge I will check with the wife and see if she has any plans... but if not, it sounds like a great time😀👍
I hope you can make it. They also gonna have the Donkey Dash, which is a cross country pack burro race. They gonna have several courses ranging from 3 - 25 miles (if I am correct). Also a poop scoop competition, for cash price of course. Donkey poop that is. 😉
