They are two women who had horror movies that came out in the late 70's in which they were both the sole surviving women at the end of the movie. Both are cool actresses.

They are soooo iconic and great role models, the queen of horror and sci-fi, true women that set breakout roles for women everywhere. They are both breaking 70 now and are both vintage bottles of wine, they get better with age.
I used to work with a guy who had a huge crush on Sigourney Weaver. I have a huge crush on Jamie Lee Curtis. I have followed all of my adult life, or as soon as I found out who she was. So for 45 years at least, I have crushed on Jamie Lee Curtis. I do not care how she is aging. I am aging too, I still am crushing on her big time. Both of these actresses are SUPER SEXY.

The high school queen from my time was so beautiful, sadly she peaked in her looks at this time as well; now she is very overweight and has been for her entire adult life.
If american high schools are even REMOTELY close to what is in movies, then its definitely 'just' an american phenomenon. Of course south americans and africans will have a RADICALLY different 'high school experience'. Europeans don't seem to have as much of that 'individual class angst' that seems to pervade american cinema where you essentially are told you are archetype. Your jock, your a geek, your an outsider, and there doesn't seem to be much story for "well I'm just a kid who is middle of the road and not really ANY of those things".
Imagine!! 5' 11" as young teenager, and Sigourney NEVER had her breasts removed, took puberty blockers and claimed she was a boy. Taking life and her body as it came sure worked out for her though, didn't it?
Sigourney Weaver always being weird every time she explained about her life she always comes up with something like she just came out of a movie or something that's why she felt so connected with that movie Aliens because of the weirdness that she always had since she was young
