Great video! Thanks for sharing. I have a tip regarding the registration marks!! I struggled with this for a while, sometimes it just wouldn’t register! Get a clip on table lamp with an adjustable head, anytime you need to use registration marks make sure the light is hitting the paper when ready to cut. WORKS EVERY-TIME!!

Great video. A trick I use if the machine is not registering the marks is to place something on top to make the area kind of dark, if there is too much light it won't read the marks, also when pressing with the squishy just do it on the image not on the clear part and that will prevent the mask from ripping. Tfs.
I have to note that the registration marks registering issue can have to do with the mat warping while it's pulling it through. I found that lightly holding tension on the bottom of the mat while reading the marks can fix that issue every time for me.
Thank you, this looks great. I make calico tote bags and have had trouble finding polyester fabric (that is reasonably priced) to make for sublimation, so this will work on my black and white calico bags. I have a Cricut and I just wish they allowed for a larger print and cut area, it’s very frustrating.

If you have not figured out how to get rid of the crosshairs yet, you can turn them off in Page Settings. In Page settings, select Grid Settings and in there unselect crosshairs. Hope this helps. If you have figured it out then just disregard. Also, thanks for creating this video. Good stuff.

So I'm off to buy another great press. Probably from great press nation. Thanks for being understanding. I find folks in this area keep all their knowledge to themselves. I spent over 20 years sharing my computer skills in my house with folks that just didn't get it. Unless you have a better idea for heatpress in going to hpn just like my mug press that is awesome. Sublimation always have to be flip or mirror the image before print to have right otherwise will be backwards a great tip because I messed up a lot before
You don’t have to flip this if you are printing your image directly onto the easy SUBLI. If you print image on sublimation paper to put on the easy SUBLI afterwards you must mirror.

Great video Katrina. I always enjoy watching your videos. Am new to apparel decoration and am always looking around to get some ideas and provide tons of them. I have tried the EasySubli and I really love it. My only struggle is the cutting part. I also have the Cameo 4 and I will try using the settings you used. I did use the recommended settings but it did not cut well. I even set it up to cut twice but it still did not cut all the way through. Appreciate your help.
It was a little frustrating for me at first as well. But I just use my cut settings for Siser Easy Weed and it cuts perfectly each time. So whatever HTV vinyl you use try those settings.
On the Registration marks you could make them Thicker so the cameo could pick it up better if Is wet marks are light not black enough for the cameo to pick it up

Great vid, I have the same issue with my Cameo because room light is usually not bright enough so I now use a desk lamp shining on the inside and it's good.

If you are using A Sub paper you are sublimating intro the paper than pressing it on the easy SUBLI there is no mask needed for that. This is a different method.

This is nice but there is a product out that does the same except it has the mask built in and has 1 less step. its called forever subli-flex 202. Its amazing. Comes in sizes 8.5x11 and 11x17 sheets.
It’s down below first like under heat transfer warehouse. It’s brings up all the Siser Easy Subli so just look for the Mask in the pack size that you want to buy. It’s in the description box

Awwww thank you so much. I would estimate it should hold up at least 50 washes is hung dry and washed on cold or warm. I have washed my shirt and son’s shirt at least 10 times and my son’s Gucci shirt still looks great like day 2. I have a wash test video as well.
So glad I came across this game changing tutorial its awesome. Thank you for being so thorough , just gotta ask what sublimation ink did you get , and once you start with that ink can you change to a different brand of ink or it has to be the exact same ink .
First video I love this. I'm new to this whole thing. Now one very important question Why can we not use the ink that comes with printer???? Example I'm getting ready to purchase the Epson ET 2720
If you are doing sublimation. You have to change the ink to sublimation ink. It needs to be converted. I have a video showing how to do it on my channel

Yes I'm using the easy subli HTV with the easy subli Mask to transfer it. And yes you can use your cricut easy press as long as you apply enough pressure long enough for sublimation.

Don’t be scared it’s easy and one you get the hang of it it will become 2nd nature there’re different methods to sublimation.

Yes you can use a Cricut as well the printer needs to be a sublimation printer or converted sublimated printer with sublimation ink.

I have never used that sorry. And many people don’t have sawgrass. Easy SUBLI works just fine with other printers. They want you to buy a sawgrass

So glad to help. My cameo is the 15 in one. The cameo Plus. The cricut is very limitless. Not good for large images.

If you have 100% polyester you don’t need easy SUBLI just use sublimation paper. Oh you said it’s black. Yes then you can use this on it.

This is nice but there is a product out that does the same except it has the mask built in and has 1 less step. its called forever subli-flex 202. Its amazing. Comes in sizes 8.5x11 and 11x17 sheets.

Awwww thank you so much. I would estimate it should hold up at least 50 washes is hung dry and washed on cold or warm. I have washed my shirt and son’s shirt at least 10 times and my son’s Gucci shirt still looks great like day 2. I have a wash test video as well.

ink is linked down below and you can switch ink once it's all gone. You shouldn't combine different brands

I used my inkjet printer and converted it to sublimation. You have to use sublimation ink

Why can we not use the ink that comes with printer????

If you are doing sublimation. You have to change the ink to sublimation ink. It needs to be converted. I have a video showing how to do it on my channel

Yes I'm using the easy subli HTV with the easy subli Mask to transfer it. And yes you can use your cricut easy press as long as you apply enough pressure long enough for sublimation.

2 different products, different results, sublimation s easier and permanent.
