Youre totally right with warm water first thing in the morning and during your meal. Especially for us with diabetes itnhelp dilutes any fatty contents in our food. Since I’ve stared drinking warm water my cholesterol level has gone down

Yes sis even though I’m a fragrance addict and love anything perfumes related I’m going to be honest I don’t watch videos related all go fragrances. I prefer vlogs and including a space to share perfume content. I’m also not a fun of sit down videos or try on hauls by themselves. I love vlogs, cooking, shopping ❤

Initio oud for greatness is very similar to haltane parfum de marley. You actually get more for your money with haltane as it is 125ml
