I know someone paying £500 for a two bed house in London, it’s a council house with garden in a very good area. The same house on the same road Is renting for 2k a month on the private market. So people don’t sleep on the opportunity if you get it😊

I'm in South Africa and know many others who live in other African countries who left home for varsity around 17/18 years of age and lived a flourishing life thereafter, with the support of their parents. They are still single, thriving in corporate or entrepreneurship.
