- Our bus was dirtier than we thought. This video is so satisfying to watch. We are thankful that our neighbor had a pressure washer that we could use to clean up our skoolie. All of this dirt, grease, and grime had to be removed before we could paint.

Great video. Ohh the roof days I remember well. Stunning how deep the dirt us into the paint. I cam say for 100% review for actual use. Henry's Tropicool from Home Depot has held great for three years now. I used 4 gallons on my bus roof.
On a blazing sunny roasting day, roof is cool to the touch.
I've heard that about Henry's, but it was after I bought a product recommended by Chuck Cassidy in his video about the roof. I ordered it early on so there is no exchanging it now. I was shocked at how dirty the bus actually was.
@@bigfamilyexpedition Those product are all about the same, 100% silicone paint.
Ohhhhh, FYI. When using those silicone paints on your roof, it will get grey dirty. Get good soap sprayer, coat roof with the cheapest possible laundry detergent, light scrub, and all new again. The liquid laundry soap does wonders for that. I use a horse hair long broom. Also cleans bus extremely well. The cheapo liquid laundry soap I use here is about $6.98 a gallon. One gallon, one bus clean.

Impressive seeing it washed with the pressure. Imagine doing that without it! The bus looks shiny like new! When the video was premiering I asked if the bus was going to stay yellow or new paint, and the answer was new paint. Any idea of the color, or maybe it will be a surprise. 🤐
We were lucky and our neighbors had a pressure washer we borrowed. The paint color is a surprise 🫢. What color would you pick if it were yours?
