    I've been doing your workouts for about 6 months and I think the most surprising thing is how fast the workouts go by as compared to other workouts that I've tried. I really like the purposeful, slow movements which is really different than most workouts. It's challenging but doesn't necessarily feel like a workout because I'm not used to it. Really glad I found this channel.

    Thanks so much..I loved this barre workout and it was more challenging than I thought it would be. My core was definitely fired up, right from the start. It was the first time I tried one of your workouts and I'll definitely be back for more knee friendly, yet challenging barre!

    Thank you for a lovely stretch and sculpt workout. I'm recovering from covid and was yearning for movement that wouldn't exacerbate my symptoms, but would "move" my body. This was perfect.

    This was exactly what I needed today. I had a massive migraine for three days and felt horrible.
    Woke up this morning for the first time without a headache but in massive headache hangover mode… Not feeling strong at all but definitely wanted to move and stretch a bit.
    This was the perfect recipe for success. Moved, stretched, got the blood flowing but without overdoing anything.

    Thank you so much! I’m very appreciative that there are barre styles for folx who need a softer approach. I’ve been going to a barre studio for 4/5 months but with varying disabilities, doing an intense 45 minute-1 hour long workout ended up being too much on my body. But I don’t want to lose all the progress I’ve made. 🎉🎉🎉 Man, did I sweat! 😅

    Well another great workout, I think it will be helpful with balance (my own kryptonite!).
    and while I'm not sweaty ( well it's november and not that hot anymore at home), I'm getting warm, heart beating faster, which is quite a sign, that it's quite a sporty workout. I thin I'll redo this one regularly as a warm up before going to the dance lesson. Thank you.

    I thought this was knee friendly. There are so many squat movements in this which I'm unable to do, due to deteriorating cartilage in my knees:(
    What modifications can I do?

    I absolutely love this workout! I'm recovering from a back/cervical injury so this targeted all the areas I can workout without messing up my recovery with my cervical spine! Plus, the cool down within the workout is perfect! LOVE!!!! Thank you!

    Been doing your gentle barre sessions postpartum and I love all of the core engagement. This one I had to modify at the beginning because I have diastase recti and shouldn’t be doing some of the mat core moves until it’s healed but I really appreciate having these classes to get my body healed and back into shape

    I looove watching you it looks so graceful and then there's me lol not so graceful at all😅😂 Doing the slow movements is sooooo hard for me my legs are shaking so fast 🙈 my arms get wobbly and my balance got lost somewhere on the way last year 🙄 I did cardio walking workouts and walk a lot with my dog but now it is just like beginning at zero... I have an inflammation in my pelvis and it is soooo annoying

      Keep coming back to it! The shaking is a sign your muscles are working super hard so keep at it :) You'll notice your endurance and strength increasing as you continue
