    This is PERFECT! My daughter in law wants CCB when we travel to Great Lakes for my sons (her husband) Boot Camp graduation. Our Air BnB has an airfryer and I can make these ahead, freeze and travel in my cooler until we get there. So happy for this. Also, I love Pampered Chef. Loved seeing them in your kitchen.

    These look absolutely delicious Louise. I have made these in the past but not with the mayo mixture and I certainly didn’t have an AF then. I will be trying your recipe very soon!
    Stay well!

    This is my same recipe except for the prep. I found it easier to not pound the chicken down so thin, but to slice into the breast not all the way in half (think, half of a pita pocket). Then stuff the pocket and finish with your same recipe. This way is easier to build and seal and nothing oozes out. They are great to pre make a lot and freeze them.

      If you freeze them, how do you cook the frozen ones in the air fryer (time and temp)?

    I LOVE my AirFryer. It's not a Ninja but we have a solid relationship. I have tried a few of your recipes...Chicken Cordon are just coming out of my AirFryer, now. I did your Onion Rings...loved the flavour. However, I told my people the next time I do them...because it's a labour of love... I'm making Onion Strings! so I can get more in the fryer at one time! Thank you! :)

    Hi, i need to make 4 for tonites dinner which it would be my very first air fryer meal so can you kindly tell me if you put the same temperature but for how long to cook them cause i got the ninja XL as a mother's day gift and im dying to make some CCB

    • @TheSaltedPepper
      @TheSaltedPepper  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Unfortunately, there are several different appliances that have the Ninja XL wording, so which specific appliance do you have? As far as the Chicken Cordon Bleu, the timing will stay the same regardless of the number you cook at one time. I hope you love them!

    • @TheSaltedPepper
      @TheSaltedPepper  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have one and my review comes out soon. All the functions are pretty much the same except for the proof and the steam & crisp, so my recipes will work with the new one. I will do a few recipes with the steam & crisp and steam & bake, but I also want to test those same recipes using steam and then crisp on the older models.

    Loved this recipe however i would just change the chopped reformed ham flavoured slices for real boiled or honey roast ham. I don’t see the point of using quality ingredients and letting it down with “sandwich ham” Makes a big difference. But will deffo try this 👍

    • @TheSaltedPepper
      @TheSaltedPepper  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The ham I used isn’t the chopped reformed ham, it’s deli ham cut off the bone thinly, sliced. I agree, I would not use the processed kind. If you use a honey ham or a boiled ham, make sure your slices are thin or you might have trouble rolling the chicken

    Louise, instead of using toothpicks, could a person tie using butchers twine?

    • @TheSaltedPepper
      @TheSaltedPepper  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you did that, the breading would stick to the twine and come off when you removed it.
