I got so many calls and just so much goin on today. Still no coffee....I put coffee in my little pot n forgot to put coffee holder in. The coffee spilled all over my counter. I lost it ......I pulled this k cup coffee maker out of my cupboard . I didn't know how much coffee grinds to put in. There was no info in box. I looked it up on You Tube.. AND I FOUND YOU!!!! Thank you for explaining it to someone like me. Your personality and your words calmed my day....I'm glad I'm now using my new coffee maker!❤

Went to Walmart to by the digital one on sale for $59 they ran out of them and I saw this one and decided to try by it, and I’m glad I did. My old coffee machine is not working so I had to get this machine amazing coffee hot and see it how long and it's a good machine and make the coffee real hot let's get have a long time afterwards keep up the good work grandma

Yeah, I just bought one. I was afraid it wouldn't get hot enough, due to the low cost, but it does get hot. It's a very nice coffee maker. I no longer have to pay almost three dollars for a cup of coffee.🙂👍

I have this machine and it's really good, especially for the price. I have been using it for k-cups for months, but I tried the ground coffee for the first time today and it did just as well.
I am looking to give up soda but I still enjoy coffee. I've decided to keep my morning coffee because I can control how much sugar I put into it. I decided to buy one of these machines because they're more affordable. I probably will save for a new model keurig in 12-18 months, but until then this machine should work just fine. Thanks for the video! I found that using hot water doesn't make the coffee taste as good since the hot water is coming from my water tank verses the faucet. Also if I put the ground coffee past the max line it causes the grounds to splash up on the upper part where the water dispenses. I found out only to fill the grounds to under the max line.

I have had my eye open for a Keurig to take to work to have a cup of coffee on breaks without having to brew a whole pot but the Keurig brands are very pricey , I stumbled on the one your reviewing at WalMart today and was blown away by the low price. and the ability to use ground and K cups. I feel we will get a lot of use out of it without the waste.

I have this coffee maker I keep it in my bedroom so If I'm up late during my bible study I can easily make a cup of coffee to keep me awake as some times I be up past midnight most of the week.
I just bought one today at my local Walmart for $19.92. I have a Sunvivi single maker which still works, I simply thought of getting another device for a backup and take one of them on the road. Now, I always measure my ground coffee with a coffee scoop or by the tablespoon. One time, I opened a coffee pod and poured it into the coffee scoop to see how much is in there...and it makes a full scoop, which is plenty enough for me. I then simply brewed it as a ground coffee serving, and it came out just fine. All the pods do is skip measuring an amount and save time emptying and cleaning the coffee filter.

Read a couple of previous reviews that the same thing happened to theirs. I called the customer service number on the owner's manual, but best thing is for to me to return it to the store. Oh well, back to my Sunvivi maker...for now.

Hopefully you see this… I received my friend’s old coffee maker once they got a new one, and I’ve been trying to clean it. There’s an odd taste to the water and the heating unit (in the back, once you removed the blue tray) has dark gray residue stuck to it. I tried scrubbing it off but it’s hard to access. Any tips? I already ran vinegar through a few times.
Does your grounded coffee grounds end up at the bottom of your cup idk if this is a issue but mines does and I can’t drink the bottom atleast I don’t didn’t think anyone would
I was debating about ordering the Sboly brand from Amazon, but this Mainstays model appears to be identical minus the metallic trimming and drip plate. Thanks for the video.
Tameka did you check to see if some plastic is covering the area the water comes out? Did you put water ito the water holding area? Is your machine new? These are some of my ideas that you can try. If none of the above work call the company. Hundreds of people have purchase this same machine and they were very happy. You can check out the comments. Don't give up it's a great machine. Also have someone give it a try. Let me know how things turned out and thanks

Ivana I don't know what's happening there. When using the K-cup you can only use a 4 once cup off water or less and make sure the top is closed. Thanks

When i used the grounds they exploded all over the machine. i only used grounds up to the midway part. How did you keep it from exploding?
