自製蓮蓉餡一個35克 Homemade lotus seed paste,35g for one filling
250克中筋麵粉250g all-purpose flour
32克白糖32g sugar
2.6克低糖專用酵母2.6g yeast (low-sugar)
7.6克油7.6g oil
水的總量是135克The total amount of water is 135 grams
