I bought a Mamo ported throttle body for the pause or stumble or whatever you wanna call the throttle response from factory. Definitely the best mod I’ve done so far for the money. The ptb makes the throttle response so much better it’s hard to describe. And I just put in my rotofab and it was the icing on the cake. Nice vid dude👍

Someone on camaro6 did a power and torque analysis with this intake without a tune during multiple road coarse track sessions and found out that the car was loosing power and torque due to high iats. He replaced the intake with a drop in filter and problems were solved. Pretty interesting stuff.

I wonder if it's consistent with or without the aftermarket intake. Do you have the thread on hand? I'd love to see it.

You did a cold air box install not an intake! But looks good and enjoy

The airbox, filter, and intake tube make up the air intake. It's more than just an airbox alone.

How did you hook up the pcp valve hose to the new air intake ?

Thinking of buying this one for my '21 Camaro ss 10 Speed. Do you feel any difference in the horsepower? Dry filter right?

You won't notice much of a difference in acceleration but you do notice the sound and the throttle response. It definitely did make me a little faster on the strip though, ran a couple tenths faster afterwards!

    did you oli it?

Nope, this was the dry filter so it requires no oil. The oiled filter requires maintenance, and doesn't provide more horsepower than the dry filter does, so it was an easy choice to go with the dry filter.

Did you get the oiled or dry filter ?

@@alanjuarez4078 Dry. No maintenance, I like the gray filter better, and people have found slightly better results with the dry.
