    Join Royal Academy of Dance teacher and Silver Swans expert practitioner Sarah Platt as she brings her motivational ballet classes directly to you at home. This is the seventh in a series of classes aimed at the over 55s, giving you the knowledge to unleash your inner dancer, with new sequences to learn and remember each week.
    Proven to ensure a complete mind and body workout by improving mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels, these exercises will help to keep you mentally and physically active - even if the kitchen counter or the bathroom sink is serving as a makeshift barre.

    I have no ballet experience but have too much time on my hands due to the lock down. I am 21 and due to shoulder injury, I struggle to do most exercise. Any pressure in my shoulder joint or any quick movements I can not do due to pain. Your videos have allowed me to realise I can do it! I have always wanted to learn ballet and now I can. My shoulder is slowly getting stronger and I can do some lower arm work now! Thank you so much for these videos

    Hi. I had a suggestion. Could you also incorporate a small dance routine set to music in each lesson? Would help keep up the motivation. Thanks a lot!
