Join Royal Academy of Dance teacher and Silver Swans expert practitioner Sarah Platt as she brings her motivational ballet classes directly to you at home. This is the ninth in a series of classes aimed at the over 55s, giving you the knowledge to unleash your inner dancer, with new sequences to learn and remember each week.
Proven to ensure a complete mind and body workout by improving mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels, these exercises will help to keep you mentally and physically active - even if the kitchen counter or the bathroom sink is serving as a makeshift barre.

Dear Sarah, thank you so much for these videos! I am a 70 year old man, and I've never done any ballet in my life. My wife and I have been following the classes since the first one was published, and daily practice is an important part of our routine. Whilst I know I will never be any good, I find the exercises to be beneficial for balance, flexibility and posture, as well as being enjoyable. Thanks again, Eddie!

I really enjoyed this lesson, it is lovely to see how Sarah is human and can get out of problems.
I love this set of adult #RADathome because it fullfil my dream again of restart ballet lesson by my self at the age of 28 after quite from ballet class 13 years ago.

Hi Fiona, We hosted a 'Silver Swans Surgery' last week which you can watch here: th-cam.com/video/NgSSZyjqVkY/w-d-xo.html. This is the end of our online Silver Swans classes, but they will remain online until the end of the year for you to repeat. Many Silver Swans Licensees are also offering Silver Swans classes at the moment.
