Hi. Once sealed and next year I pressure washer the pavers, will the hardened filled grout come out again?

Hello and thank you for your question. Once the pointing mortar has cured for at least 28 days, the material will harden and resist to high water pressure washers. The distance between nozzle and joint should be at least 10 cm.
