Amy, you are always so upbeat in your videos, it really sets you apart! I know that whenever I do a massive training or racing effort , I really pay with a massive downer mood the day after. It got so predictable that I learned and vowed to not react to anything negatively on Monday mornings after a hard weekend of being a ultra weekend-warrior. I've since retired and don't quite have the same mojo anyway. I think you are a breath of fresh air and wish you the best. Cheers!

When I do triathlons I write my number on my upper arm (permanent marker - takes a couple of days to wear off but all's good as it's a temporary souvenir!!) That way you can de-layer without worrying ♥️
Great ride Amy. I loved every minute of it too! Don’t tell my family but I can’t wait to be back next year- maybe a lighter bike for me! The support of riders, my team, marshals and even other people’s supporters was fab 🥰. Have a great year and look forward to seeing your next adventure 🚴🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️
