- Got the the BAM 225 engined T5 fired up for the first time today!
Ignore the hunting revs and general rough running - it's to be expected with the amount of bits that are still missing.

Nice conversion! I’ve got a t5 that has a knackered axd 2.5tdi engine in n wondering how hard of a swap this is to do!
Wondering what gearbox you’ve used and engine mounts as all the rest is pretty self explanatory!
That’s brilliant. I currently have a T5 and a Golf 20v turbo down my workshop to do this conversion. If possible can you do a wee bit more detail, ie gearbox, driveshafts, mounts wiring and so on. My van had a 2.5 that went bang so it’s for myself. Cheers.
