Is there a substitute for the lemon extract
can you use this on candy melts. like dust an Oreo after its been dipped in candy melts. I'm looking to make a cross look gold. can I use white candy melt and dust the gold dust or maybe yellow candy melt and dust gold
+torresxrocks You could maybe dry brush the oreos with dust, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
What if you want to use it in chocolate molds? Will that work? Ive.literally just bought my first set on amazon 😅 I made bees butterflies and skulls 😅
You can use Pearl Dust on finished candies by dusting it on!
When you paint on the fondant decorations, wont they melt the fondant??
can it also be used on wafer cookies I have to make a wedding cake next month and I have white wafer cookie blossoms and I was wondering if I can use the dust on it to color it

Does it need to be lemon extract? Does it work with other extracts like peppermint?
Sarah any extract will work. If you are using fondant just keep in mind it will slightly alter the flavor.
You can also use vodka or any other clear alcohol (which is the ingredient in the extracts that make this work)
