The lawsuit, from recent info from VangelinaSkov, can’t even start because Blair and her Team still can’t write the proper report for the court. The judge has sent back their demands like three separate times practically begging them to rewrite their arguments to not be so vague and indirect. People are theorizing that the judge is only allowing them to rewrite this many times so they can use the multiple failures as proof of innocence and shut the entire case down so Blaire can’t take anyone back to any other court. But that’s just speculation

4-The statements must have damaged your reputation

I don't remember who made the video so I can't credit them but basically, her claims were way too vague and said something like "Defendant's video made claims and allegations that damaged the plaintiff's reputation" full stop. It was about a paragraph or two with no specifics or explanations about what any of that really means. She never explained what these "claims and allegations" were, how true they were, or how they damaged her, just *that* damage was done. The judge basically told her "No, try again"
Then she got a *little* more specific but it was still way too vague and explained basically nothing. After that, there was no third attempt that I'm aware of.

Honestly, this was bound to happen. Although I have seen comments stating that this would never have happened if she hadn’t gone after Devon Stone (LegalEagle). That’s actually not true.
The fall of Blair was going to happen eventually because she would have done the exact same thing to someone else. If you remember she went after Devon over editing effects.
When she tweeted at Devon, Harris was already working on that TH-cam video about plagiarism (even though Blair wasn’t the reason he initially did the video, it was James Somerton, Harris has been calling out Blair for a while).
When that video dropped, she would have made an *ss of herself going after Harris, his fans would have bombed any video she posted after, she would have gone after Harris on Twitter (she does NOT send private DM to anyone), and it all would have hit the fan.
This more than likely would have still played out beat for beat because of the type of person Blair is. Ego is what nuked her TH-cam career.
So, inevitably, she would have destroyed herself anyway.
Edit: 6:41 - Blair and the Click were not friends by that time. Neither the Click, One Topic, nor Wonderstruck were her friends. Oz was the only one who was still in contact with her up until earlier last year.
One Topic mentioned it in his video that he suspects she had no longer viewed them as friends long before the end of Sad Milk.
As long as Blair viewed you as a friend (read: obeyed her every word), you were safe. Notice I said viewed “YOU” as a friend. You could see her as one and she still would go after you.

I think this entire thing is funny because the work she asked Felix to do is for blackmail and extortion. So even if he WAS employed under her at the time, in order to win this case again him specifically and prove that the conversations WERE in fact related to the work of Pyramid Entertainment, she's going to have to prove that Pyramid Entertainment is a company that deals regularly in extortion and/or blackmail.
Even if she somehow does win the lawsuits, what does Blair expect to happen? Does she think everyone is suddenly going to forget everything and love her again? I guarantee you that won't happen. Completely separate topic, but all this notwithstanding, it's a little disturbing that LegalEagle is considered to be one of the most successful lawyers on TH-cam. Because frankly, if it isn't copyright (his forte and actual job niche that he specializes in), then it's typically hot garbage.

My theory on why she hasn't been uploading as much as she used to. Is that she had to cut back on how many people she has employed where it became quality > quantity. Thr quality of her videos went down hill after all of this and it showed. Now they seem to have a better quality to them and she knows that she's cooked with the algorithm not recommending her videos anymore with such a sudden ams consistent drop in views. She is still a content farm, but might as well and make the most of it with fewer uploads, but better quality now.
My thoughts is that as handy off as she is now, I think she should be almost completely hands off now with just being a producer and providing a work bank/database/pool for an Ai that sounds like her to sample from. If the channel is to make a come back it should have very little association with her as possible.

Most of those sponsorships are made months in advance, I doubt anyone is signing new deals with her, but the old ones still have to be honored or she could find herself on the receiving end of a lawsuit (Which is probably the only reason she is actually still uploading)

It’s because they are deemed “international”. One Topic is in Canada and The Click is in Sweden.

It would be impossible to sue the Click in Sweden. We have very different laws and she would have to go through Swedish police. A person suing another person is very rare here.
Blair truly seemed like a champion of the content creators with how she exposed so many dark secrets. So sad this ended so badly.
I don't think the point of the lawsuit is to win as such. She's trying to ruin her targets' lives by running them out of money over court costs. She probably figures she has enough money to outlast them, and force them to give up and do what she wants because they can't afford to do otherwise.
