In Photoshop Elements 2019 I found the Adjustments/Invert setting under the main Filter drop-down menu. Thanks for your post, it helped!

Thanks, just tried it it worked super thanks. I had a black rectangle with pink clouds logo, needed to put it on a white design. Invert turned the black white and the clouds slighty green, which is ok as I now need to change the clouds to the correct colour. thanks.

How about inverting a green and white logo? When I invert, it changes the white to black and green to pink. Is it possible to swap the colors (e.g. green text to white text and green logo to white logo)?

It's a color invert not swap. It swaps every color to the opposite side of the color spectrum, So blue would be red, Ect
