You inspired me to try farro for the first time, the other week. I ate it with sautéed veggies, used like a bed of “rice”. Believe it or not, I don’t have dried thyme or rosemary. Thanks to your instructions, they are now on my grocery list. Keep up the great work! Added bonus for me: your features resemble the women in my family…except we’re not Italian😅. I appreciate your hard work and continued excellence.
